The beach access is within 200 yards of our pool area.
This family friendly Calypso Resort Condo is right next to Pier Park to make it the perfect place to spend your beach vacation. No need to cross the street to enjoy Pier Park!
Calypso Resort Towers condos, balconies, and common areas are smoke-free, for your family's health & safety!
Tower III has 250 condos on 22 floors. The lowest condos are on the 2nd floor!
You will not forget the heated luxurious pool at Calypso Tower III. PERFECT FOR OUR WINTER GUESTS! The pool offers approxinately 8000 Square feet of surface with a geometric shape that holds over 200,000 gallons of heated water! Guests have the benefit of year round swimming with easy zero-entry access at the southeast corner and an island with two shade-protected extensions at the northwest corner for summertime enjoyment.
A climate-controlled "Walkover" connects Tower III and the parking garage to Towers I and II . Take two flights of stairs, or the 3rd floor elevator, to the first floor where the famous sugar white sand beaches are waiting for you

"We" are Crabby & the Mermaid AKA Terry & Sharon Campbell.
We have waited for this condo since it was proposed many years ago.
Tower III at Calypso and Condo 3-210 is finally a reality, and has far exceeded our expectations! YAY!
We have completely furnished and decorated our dream condo in Tower III, and happily share it with your family.
Sleeping Quarters:
KING BED - Sleeps 2 (King Master Suite) with private bathroom (New Custom Shower)
TWIN BUNKBED - Sleeps 2 (Custom Built by Crabby himself:) across hall from guest bathroom (tub/shower)
QUEEN SLEEP SOFA - Sleeps 2 with 6" upgraded mattress
There is an occupancy limit of 6, including infants and visitors.
2 BIG SCREEN TV'S:
Crabby's GREAT ROOM has the largest living area of the 1-bedroom models with plenty of room for the 70" Samsung wall-mounted TV.
Master TV has a 50" Samsung TV - wall-mounted with swivel mounting.
KITCHEN / BREAKFAST BAR / BARSTOOLS / TABLE & CHAIRS
Stainless Steel GE Appliances and Quartz Countertops.

Only registered guests are permitted in our condo. Maximum occupany is 6 persons.
Reminder that it is a felony in Florida to throw/drop anything from the balcony.
Violations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and eviction without refund.

"Crabby" (My sweet husband, Terry Campbell) hand-crafted the Bunkbeds and the King Headboard. He used timber from our Kentucky farm and designed the unique "live edge" feature for our beds.
The Mermaid (me - Sharon :) has retired from the rental part of vacation condo ownership and am beyond thrilled that my daughter Kerry is taking such good care of our guests, with daughter Pam as her backup! You simply could not be in better hands! This is a truly a family affair, and a labor of love.

POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM.
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
âBEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, which is located on the ground level in the center between Towers I and II.
Public Beach Access #53 is conveniently located to the West of Towers 1 and II.
GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
Loading/unloading zones - parking areas at the entry of Calypso Tower III.
You can park here for 15 minutes - which is plenty of time for Crabby's 2nd floor guests!
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
*$60 PARKING FEE - YOU REGISTER & PAY ONLINE TO CALYPSO*
You will receive a link to register online and pay the $60 fee directly to the Calypso Condo Association.
Don't forget to PRINT your parking pass, as you must SCAN the pass for entry and DISPLAY the parking pass on your dashboard. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are located on level 3 of the parking garage.
WRISTBANDS must be worn at all times to ensure your safety and privacy at the resort.
6 wristbands will be on Crabby's entry rack waiting for you. Please ensure there are 6 bands on the rack when you arrive/leave. $50 replacement charge for lost bands.
TRASH - Place bagged trash in chutes located at the ends of each floor. Our convenient chute is just 2 condos to the left.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed in Calypso's pool and common areas.
NO PETS, sorry.
IT IS A FELONY IN FLORIDA TO THROW/DROP ANYTHING FROM THE BALCONY.

We come to PCB 3-4 times a year. This is now our number one place to stay! Beautiful, Comfy, Clean, Stocked for every need. Can we just say location, location, location! Steps away from Pier Park. If you know PCB it can get busy in this area during Peak Season. So convenient to walk and not worry about parking or traffic. Heated pool is beautiful, the hot tub and fire pit are awesome. The view at sunset is so great! Hosts are very responsive! Thanks so much! Can't wait to visit Crabby's again!

ABOUT THE OWNERS:
Beachy Greetings from Sharon and Terry Campbell! We live in Boone County, Kentucky on 10 wooded acres in God's country. But for me, heaven is a little closer to the Sugar White Sands of the Gulf of Mexico! So In 2013, I talked my husband Terry into buying a first floor condo at the Moonspinner, next to St. Andrews State Park, because that is where our family has celebrated every-single-Spring-Break since the 80's!
WE are Crabby & the Mermaid, and had no intention of ever buying another condo!
But we fell in love with Calypso Tower III, and Crabby's Cove 210.
Our daughter Kerry is taking care of the rentals for us. Don't worry, you're in good hands - I taught her everything she knows! I have been taking good care of my guests for many years, but it is time for me to turn over the reins and enjoy my retirement as a mermaid wannabe!

What is not to love about ALL BRAND SPANKIN' NEW and COMPLETELY CLEAN & FRESH from top to bottom! Had a blast shopping for just the right furniture and "decor". Because our unit came with the gray cabinetry in the kitchen and baths, we (Well, he:) painted everything "Origami White" from Sherwin-Williams, and it looks perfect!
Terry is a hobby woodworker and created the perfect headboard out of "cants" from the timber he cut from our farm. Cants are the rounded end pieces of a log that you CAN'T make lumber out of. BET YOU DIDN'T KNOW THAT, DID YOU? He also made the bunk bed top railings out of ash tree timber, with the live edge effect.
Stay tuned for more of Terry's touches...the Mermaid loves SHIPLAP, but not as much as she loves her cute Crabby!

We had the BEST Spring Break renting Crabbyâs condo. The condo was so clean and spacious for our family of five. It is so convenient to be on the second floor and has a great view of the pool and ocean. We spent many mornings enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was also wonderful to have two beach chairs and an umbrella ready for us when we went to the beach. The location of the condo is great and within walking distance to Pier Park and many local restaurants. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to renting this unit again in the future!
