Great Solerna house

What a great house in a great location. Wonderful views. Two wonderful master suites. Kitchen well equipped.Great main room and downstairs movie and pool table rooms. Great stay!

The house was amazing for a group of friends or family. Perfect location close to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. The check in process was very easy and the house was perfectly clean. I’d highly recommend!

Ski fun

This is our second year to stay at this property with our kids and grandkids. It was very well suited for our needs. We were able to accommodate grandkids and their parents upstairs while the rest of the family spread out downstairs. The common areas are large and set up nicely for games, TV or just relaxing. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace and the house is convenient to Deer Valley and downtown Park City. We will return.

Incredible vacation home!

This home has everything one could want in a vacation home! Our family enjoyed the last 2 weeks of August and didn't want to leave. The house is absolutely gorgeous, incredible views throughout, and furnished VERY comfortably. Equal distance between Deer Valley and main street Park City, it is the perfect location with great access to everything Deer Valley and Park City have to offer. We used some of the concierge services (transportation, food shopping and bike rentals) and found them reasonably priced and super convenient. Overall, GREAT experience…. we will recommended this vacation home to our friends and will be back this winter.

Snowny days in Park City!

We have rented a number of Villas over the years. This one may have been the best so far. It was very well built and furnished. It is very close to the Deer Valley ski resort and convenient for shopping and entertainment. There was plenty of wood stocked for the fireplaces. The rooms were large and accommodating. The floors were heated when we awakened. The driveway was heated which is important since it snowed most days during our visit. Two thumbs up for this rental.

Very Spacious and Great Location

This property was in close proximity to the base of Deer Valley Resort. The kitchen and living spaces were large. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all the essentials. The only issues were ran into were, the hot tub was not clean, we couldn't get the temperature of the basement bedrooms to cool off, couldn't find a wine opener and lastly the garage code changed on us a couple of times. These were all minor issues. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely rent this home again.

Incredible Home

Stayed here for a week in March with my family and two other families (14 people total) . It was ideal. The homes living spaces and the lower level hang out room provided enough space for everyone. Beautiful views throughout the home. Each bedroom was a good size and had it's own bathroom. The kids loved the lower level with the pool table, media room and hot tub. It was a 2 minute drive from DV where we skied most of the week and less than 5 minutes to Main Street where we ate and shopped. The management company was accommodating and very easy to work with. We will be back.

Family Winter Vacation 2022

We had an incredible family time in this beautiful well-appointed home. From the time you drove in to a heated driveway, the fantastic view of the valley, the beautiful comfortable furnishings, the beautiful dining room & kitchen. There were one or two minor issues in the kitchen like not able to find a can opener and not having enough covered containers to put away food (like I said, minor). Otherwise, we had an incredible stay in this lovely home. The staff were all responsive to questions & requests. Thank you all for a warm beautiful family winter vacation. Our fourth family winter ❄️ vacation in Park City.

Stunning Home

We visited this home for a week over the fourth of July and we loved it. Our kids brought their friends of all ages and everyone had a great time. The home is very beautifully decorated, very clean, and well maintained. We had no issues. Our kids loved the downstairs hang out area and the media room. The views were incredible very picturesque and the home provided lots of privacy. The hot tub was great as well as the upper deck space. We barbecued at nights and loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings. I would recommend this home for families, groups of friends, and business trips. The management company was very helpful and responsive, very easy to work with. Great experience.

Great Place!

We truly loved our stay at this home in Park City. While I highly recommend this property, the listing does need to be updated. Examples: The listing states that there is a ping pong table, and there is not one; the beds are not exactly as described — there are even more than are listed, which was great. The listing also states that there is AC; we never could get it to turn on.l, but it was fine since there were fans. We had 14 people here and there was still tons of room for everyone. The house was clean, beautiful, and well kept. The neighborhood is lovely. We were provided with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc, and this is NOT something I am used to! That was so nice!! We would TOTALLY stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

Beautiful cute and warm welcome

This property exceeded y expectations. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing I would change is to have extra pillows for those who like two pillows. The heated floors, steam showers, and huge tubs were wonderful.

Beautiful house and great for large groups

We had a wonderful stay. The house comfortably slept our 12 guests and had a ton of great hangout space for our large group. We loved the deck outside for enjoying the beautiful Park City weather. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Deer Valley

Home was beautiful. Great space and great views. Some issues that need attention. Snow melt system on steep drive has a section not working. Ice and snow made it dangerous. Ice maker not functioning so had to buy bagged ice. A walk thru on arrival would have been helpful to learn how to operate movie room equipment and living room sound system. Otherwise a great luxury home. Living space was perfect and even w 14 guests it didn’t feel crowded

Beautiful well laid out home.

Excellent layout for several families that like to travel together. Plenty of room and couple of nights that we stayed in we enjoyed the game and a/v rooms. To turn this into a 5-star rating - upgrade the WiFi so it reaches beyond the main living room and clean up the kitchen as it seems to have 5 of everything however few actually work. I think we discovered 5 coffee makers that barely worked. Pls start over in the kitchen and purge the old stuff as a home at this price point and space should be well appointed with working appliances and utinsels.

Large house, well maintained, close to town, as advertised

I booked this home for my college ski team buddies who take a trip together every few years. The house worked great for our group of 8 men. The house is conveniently located about two miles from the center of town. It has a heated, private driveway, lots of amenities with a nice view of the Deer Valley slopes. Plenty of room to spread out and socialize. Hot tub worked well. We used the wood burning fireplace in the great room every night. Definitely recommend for a family or a couple of families.

This house is amazing!

We loved the this home, and it was perfect for our large family! Overall it is fantastic, and we would stay again. The only minor detractions were that the wifi did not consistently work. Also, it got a little warm on the main floor during the afternoon. The air conditioning upstairs was quite sufficient once we got it started. Thanks for a great stay!

Looks can be deceiving! Read before you book!

We stayed here over our spring break in March of 2017. There were 3 families which totaled 12 people (6 adults, 6 kids). The Good 1. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The set up easily accommodated all of our families. 2. The location is extremely convenient to both Deer Valley and Park City. The Bad 1. The projector in the media room did not work. Apparently it needed to be completely replaced and that wasn't going to happen while we were there. Not a huge deal since the kids watched tv in the family room, but if you're going to advertise having a media room, it should be functioning. 2. Steam shower did not work. Again, not a huge deal, but if you're advertising this amenity, it should be working. 3. The bedroom/playroom on the top floor with the two twin beds did not have window treatments on the several large windows present. If you don't mind being woken up from the sun then this shouldn't be a problem. My kids found this to be a con. 4. There was VERY LITTLE to NO HOT WATER!!!!! To me, this is a deal breaker! Providing hot water to your guests should be expected. Not everyone even took showers everyday or even around the same time. I made a call to the manager and he sent someone out to fix it, but we still continued to have that issue. With all these problems plus the fact that this house is not cheap, I cannot recommend this house, no matter how beautiful it is. I personally do not want to be calling the manager over and over again for these issues when I should be enjoying my vacation. I'd definitely look at other options in the area.

We are very sorry to learn about some of the issues you had during your stay and that your experience was less than great as that is the response we normally receive from our guests. We always want our guests to fully enjoy themselves in our home. If there is a problem at the home, we strongly encourage our guests to call as we do our best to immediately fix the problem. As you know, someone in your group left a child’s toy on your departure. When we received your call on the Sunday night, we immediately went to the home, found the toy, and mailed it to you the following day. We provide 24 hour availability to our guests to ensure they are well taken care of. Problems that arise are often an easy fix depending on the issue. I do apologize about the projector as it was discovered during your stay that a part in the projector was malfunctioning. The part was ordered to fix the problem, however unfortunately we did not receive the part until after your group left. We were unaware of some of the other issues that you came across, and would have been more than happy to fix the issues immediately. The home is well rented throughout the winter, and we have never experienced an issue with hot water. We apologize as we were unaware and did not have the opportunity to fix this during your stay. We have confirmed with later guests that the hot water works great throughout the entire home. We are truly sorry your experience wasn’t as expected, however, we thank you for your feedback and appreciate you staying with us.

Beautiful Home!

I rented this house for some corporate clients who wanted to ski in Park City for a few days. They loved everything about this home. From the views, to the amazing kitchen, to all the wonderful bedrooms. Their only complaint was that they couldn't stay longer!

Great Deer Valley retreat

We were two families 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This is my 6th summer trip to Park City and this was far and away the best house I've stayed in. Tons of room for everyone to spread out but at the same time a great common area with the kitchen and living room so we could all be together. The deck is great for morning coffee and just taking in the mountains. The Coopers Cabin team was super responsive bringing over fans when it got a little warm (there's only AC in the upper levels of the house).

Coopers Cabin

We are experienced renters, James, the house manager, was the best we've ever had. The home is truly wonderful, spectacular views, comfortable, delicious beds,fantastic outdoor grill, loved the deck, and a fun media room. All furnishings are top rated . House has a great floor plan .We give it an A plus rating Can't wait to return next summer
