Location meets comfort and style at this luxurious Incline Village get-away, located in the desirable McCloud Condominiums. Recently refurbished, it showcases an exquisite Scandinavian minimalist decor. Each room of this airy, 2 bedroom condo is tasteful, inviting and extremely comfortable.

The condo is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach through the tree-lined, grassy and peaceful McCloud grounds. It is also walking distance to the recreation center and less than 2 miles away from Diamond Peak ski resort. Guests also have access to the year-round, communal hot tub, located steps from the front door.

The open great room features tall cathedral ceilings, 2 extremely comfortable queen sleeper sofas, an inviting window seat, a cozy fireplace for winter time, and a wall-mounted 55" Samsung smart TV. It leads out to an inviting patio overlooking the scenic grounds with seating for four.

The dining area features a 7.5' warm, nordic wooden table, paired with a bench and chairs, making it a relaxed table for six with room for children. It is directly across from an inviting gallery kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the kitchen amenities needed to prepare a feast while entertaining your guests.

The master bedroom has a top of the line pressure-smart Beautyrest king bed outfitted with luxurious bedding, a 43" Samsung smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with combination shower and tub, a private closet and a large garden window overlooking the tree-covered, grassy walks of McCloud. The guest room is equipped with a top of the line pressure-smart Beautyrest queen bed with luxury linens, a 40" wall mounted Samsung smart TV, a private closet and a large window with its own splendid view of the grounds. The adjacent guest bathroom has a walk in shower.

The beds are very comfortable. It is beautifully furnished. The owner could not be nicer. We wanted to stay longer!!! The property and area are great. I definitely would recommend this place as a wonderful, comfortable place to stay.

My sister and I enjoyed the condo. Clean, quiet (except for the dripping sound at night when the heat turned on - otherwise 5 star!). Parking and walking to our unit was easy.

Great experience

The property is located in a very nice and quite environment. It is only 2 miles away from the start of the East Shore Trail and 0.5 miles to Raley's supermarket. Inside of the unit was very clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely condo and we four adults, mom and dad and 2 adult children, had an absolutely wonderful 4 night stay. All the furnishings and decor are beautiful and the art everywhere, perfect, so enjoyable. There are 2 couches in the living room that make into comfy foldout beds if needed. The TVs in both bedrooms and living room are excellent as is the WIFI. The beds are very comfy and cozy, with very nice bathrooms, towels, linens.The kitchen is thumbs up all the way, great cookware, equipped with plenty of nice glassware, cups, utensils. Great appliances, too, including first rate washer and dryer!The hot tub/sauna is fabulous and so close to this unit, we used it often. They also provided a couple great beach chairs and beach towels.Our host was always very prompt to respond and offer information, bravo! Incline is such a gorgeous area. This place is top notch and close to all the needs guests may have during their stay. Even with lots of rainy weather, we found ourselves enjoying every minute here. Thank you Savvy and Bridget for hosting such a lovely, comfy, classy place in this beautiful area.

Beautiful property with easy access to IV

The McCould complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained
very peaceful and IV is very walkable. We recommend guests check out Bowl Incline and Bite. This rental is decorated nicely and comfortable. Hot tube was closed entire visit so we didnt get to use it. Plenty of glasses and dishes for use. We would stay here again.

Awesome Condo in Great Location!

We are a family of 4 that does a yearly trip to Tahoe for a winter fun weekend. We always love staying in Incline Village area as the location is central to do many great ski resorts and fun activities. The McCloud complex is always a go to spot for us. This condo was very comfortable and is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures online. The owners are super friendly and made the whole experience easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy bright condo near everything

We enjoyed our December stay, 2 adults, 2 kids. The beds were comfy, bath linens were high quality and the kitchen was fully stocked. BYO K-cups for coffee! The location was very convenient and the hot tub was open even after a few feet of snow dumped. All of the streaming services worked, including Disney+, and there was a nice selection of games and toys for the littles. Loved the colorful chair and pillows and how comfy everything was.

Great getaway for family in Incline

We really enjoyed Savvy’s apartment during the holiday season. The unit was recently renovated and we appreciated all the new appliances / furniture etc. Location is great, it allowed us to hit the slopes in Diamond Peak very quickly. We got plenty of snow during our stay but the apartment complex always had personnel to clean the roads / paths btw units in the early AM. Communication with Savvy was quick and super efficient, he is a great host. Overall, highly recommended!

We moved from Atlanta to the Reno/Tahoe area in 2012. We took a trip out here for our wedding, fell in love with the area, and put an offer on a home on our way to the airport. We love all that the surrounding area has to offer, from skiing at the lake and enjoying breathtaking hiking in the warm months to conquering some of the world's best cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter months, we were hooked and knew this was just the place to raise our family.

From a long line of entrepreneurs in the real estate space, we love to buy beautiful properties and fix them up for others to enjoy. On top of our real estate ventures, we run a digital marketing firm and bring an extreme attention to customer service in all we do.

We put our heart and soul into fixing this property up when we purchased it in the spring of 2021. With its proximity to the lake, we knew it just needed a little love and elbow grease to become one of the most accommodating and beautiful rental properties in the area. We furnished it with an all new Scandinavian minimalist decor, funky art, luxury mattresses, hotel bedding, and top of the line electronics.

We stocked the kitchen full of every item we could think of for you to enjoy your stay and included essential items to enjoy the beach, as well as toys for those traveling with children.

We take tremendous pride in hosting you at our rental property and will go out of our way to see that you have a comfortable, memorable and fantastic stay at our home.
