Originally a tobacco barn, this custom 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has been completely renovated and modernized! Step into our breathtaking living room to a 32' ceiling, an enormous antler chandelier, huge gas log fireplace with 75" Roku smart TV mounted above it.... You will be blown away by the views surrounding this home. There are two large ponds off of the porches and beautiful forests full of wildlife. Paul and Laura Walker spend their time renovating and building homes in and around the Charleston and Colleton County SC area. Paul is an entrepreneur with years of construction/building knowledge and Laura has a flair for decorating. Each of the homes they touch has it's own special feel.... no two are exactly alike but they all are well built and have high-end finishes and luxury throughout.

This property is located on an estate Paul acquired 4 years ago. The tobacco barn was not in the best shape but the potential was there... it just needed the knowledge and ability to make it shine. Originally a tobacco barn with a few bedrooms and bath, it retains the original beams used to dry tobacco on. The original wood floors were roughly sanded and used to line the walls of the master bedroom and in other areas throughout the home. This is a one of a kind luxurious house surrounded by some of the most beautiful land in Colleton County. Have your family vacation here or come see us at Eden at Gracefield to have your wedding or special event. We can host events for up to 300+ in our on-site event barn and even larger events can be accommodated in several areas on the estate with tents. We are dream makers - come see us and let us make your dreams come true.

There is a wedding and event venue located on the estate.... this is a great place to host a large event with a beautiful home to stay in on site when the night is over. We offer 5 total homes for rent on site with kayaking, fishing, biking and hiking on over 500 acres of unspoiled lowcountry land. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country as the houses are all spread out over the acreage.
