If you are looking for home away from home then this New Remodeled Older Beach Cottage Home🏖 is for you!
The uniquely styled Brand New Kitchen gives you a large island and open floor plan 💫

With 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, there is plenty of room for a family!

Please Note: There is a separate guest suite that has its own private entrance that is NOT accessible to the main home. There is no way to get into the suite from the main home. However, if you want to rent this space too, you can do so. Just please let me know! It has a Queen bed, Queen Pull Out, kitchenette, new bathroom with shower. Its called Rustic Rare Suite.

This house needs a bit of TLC. Two of the closets have no doors, the bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. The house has an apartment on its side & the owner has a permanent tenant. He should disclose that to prospective renters. The television on the living room is for decoration only, as it didn't work. The patio was full of graffiti and cigarette butts. The house is for sale. However, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The host was pleasant but he didn't come to try to remedy the bathroom problem. He sent his tenant instead.

Fourth of July weekend

My friends and I stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend and it was the best time! The house is just as advertised. The host was wonderful!! Check in was easy. The location was phenomenal!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Not Handicapped Accessible

I booked this place after asking if was handicapped accessible, due to traveling with my wheelchair bound brother and sister. I was told it was. It absolutely is not! If we had not had our own portable 6ft ramp my brother never would have gotten into the house. The place is nice but not what I was lead to believe.

Small Cottage

Nice cottage on busy road. Frankie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Answered all our questions and helped with the small parking area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot near the Beach

We stayed in this spot for the Florida Georgia game. Getting to and from the stadium was easy, and having the beach, restaurants and bars nearby made this a nice spot overall!

Late summer vacation

My family planned a last minute vacation. This property was available for a very reasonable price. The location is great for getting to the beach quickly, any sort of shopping, and allowing adventures of all sorts as there are many things locally as well as within a short drive. The host was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. I would recommend this property for an enjoyable trip.

Fake News

We are very disappointed in our experience with this property. My wife and I are educators and teaching students to always be upfront, truthful and transparent. We are disappointed that a host would not be truthful about her property having a guest suite with a couple living in the unit that they are offering for a vacation stay without providing this in the property details. That is not safe or acceptable. We did not receive the code to get in until an hour after sitting at the property after several attempts days before our arrival and while sitting on the property. She finally answered and gave an excuse that it was VRBo’s fault instead of just offering an apology and make sure we could regain her trust. We go inside to find dirty laundry in washer, terrible smell, yard not mowed in the back and a guest suite occupied. We checked out and had to go find another place the host told us if we wanted a refund it was up to VRBO ( this is fake news and she refuse to make it right). She was rude, not willing to admit fault and should not be allowed to offer property for vacation until she provides real pictures, better communication, update details about the guest suite that someone lives in that is attached to the unit, and real property. Please note that the rating in the reviews of a 2/10 is the true experience you will receive if you stay here so my advice is to keep it moving as this listing is fake news.

The listing title is a fable - it’s very undesirable address - poor property and bogus management.

This place is very rough around the edges. Beware of the walls, they’ll scratch you if you brush up on them. Be very careful in the middle of the night heading to the restroom. Every person on my group stubbed a toe on the non marked rise into the bathroom floor. I also rolled my ankle coming outta the bathroom one time. Seems to be an investment VRBO and very minimal effort put into furnishing, and maintaining the house. Manager is quick to blame “you” for issues in the house that can only be caused by poor maintenance and equipment. In my case, the A/C leaking, the bathtub clogging and the subsequent cost of these failures. Very economy furniture, super uncomfortable. Bed was comfortable however, however linens were poor quality and provided an awful sleep experience. Backyard is a bonus but the lounge area was tattered, uncared for and broke down. Grill had was rusty and dirty. Lastly I had a change to the amount of people coming along and made it clear with the manager prior to checking-in, they assured me they would credit back the amount but are now creating a bunch of drama to not have to refund. If you want my opinion - strongly avoid this property - especially the owner. One of my worst VRBO experiences to date!

Is close enough to the beach to bike The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication was good and acoomodating We didnt know it was a shared property, however didnt hear any noise or disruption from that side. We would stay again.

Nice weekend getaway

Property fit our needs and was close to the beach. Property owners were great and very enjoyable even when they had to come let us in because we locked the keys inside. Would definitely book the property again.

*Misleading Photos*

This place was clean and the beginning process of communicating with owner was great. Unfortunately, we got there and the house has a door that is a shared house/property. When you look at the pictures and listing it never says this any where. The pictures show the door open as if you have access to that side of the house which you don’t. Very misleading and as a family we felt it was very dangerous not knowing who was staying next to us. Very stressful day checking in and being hit with this MAJOR piece of information that wasn’t shared.

Nice rental but poor check in and lack of communication

The property is nice and description accurate. However, when we arrived the rental was completely uncleaned and bedding scattered everywhere. The lockbox is not a secure way to allow check in as the code is available to previous renters. What was completely unacceptable was the host failed to respond to our requests for help until after we had checked out. Fortunately the cleaning lady was dropping off linens for the adjacent rental and we implored her to clean the place we were renting. We paid the cleaning lady ourselves. Also the traffic noise is very loud even at night as it is on a busy thoroughfare. I would never rent this place again.
