Your own Ojai farm!

Escape city life with a peaceful farm stay and experience all Ojai has to offer from the comfort of a three bedroom, two bathroom house nestled in sixteen acres of organic Pixie tangerines, Valencia oranges and Has avocado trees.

The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceiling living room, and an outdoor covered patio.

Guests are welcome to pick from the vegetable and herb garden, visit with the cows and collect fresh eggs from the hens who free range in the side yard. Other features include a swimming pool, small rose garden, archery range and access to the Oso Trailhead and the Ventura River. Only a five minute drive to the center of town.

Amazing

We had another amazing family getaway at this farm. Our girls loved exploring on site but we also went to the river and on a hike, both of which are a short walk or drive. This place has everything.

Just Perfect!

Our stay was just perfect. Fresh oranges everyday, a gorgeous view of the pool & the cows are the sweetest! The home is beautiful and beyond our expectations. The host was gracious & kind. We definitely would stay here again.

A house that is beyond your wildest dreams

Our family stayed for 4 nights at the farm for a healing retreat. Our daughter had a child during the pandemic and we reserved the house to provide them a short break to relax and recuperate from the stress of parenting. Mimi’s kitchen was furnished with top of the line cookware and appliances. Everything we needed to prepare our meals was available. There was even a grill for making our fish tacos. Each day we collected oranges from the orchard and eggs from the chicken coop to make fresh squeezed orange juice and omelets. We also harvested vegetables from Mimi’s extensive vegetable garden. Our grand daughter enjoyed so much our daily visits to feed the chickens and the cows. The pool had a deep end and was large enough that my wife and I could swim laps. Although the pool wasn’t heated, it was warm enough for swimming and super clean. Mimi is a very kind and generous host. We felt honored and cared for as guest. Mimi was very responsive during the booking process and during our stay whenever an issue came up. We created loving memories at the farm and hope to come back again.

Amazing Ojai farmhouse, fun for the whole family.

We had an amazing week. Beautiful house, very comfortable with 3 nice and large bedrooms. One perfect for kids with bunk beds. Private pool and large outdoor space to spread out in peace or enjoy together. The kids loved their time in the pool and walking the property through the orange groves and down to the cows and garden. So close to everything else in Ojai, the main strip with great restaurants and shops and the Ojai valley inn for golf and spa days are only a 5 minutes drive away. Can’t wait to come back, we loved it. Thanks Mimi.

Amazing Farm Living

The main farm house was a superb spot for our family gatherings, both indoors and out on the patio or by the pool. Access to the fresh fruit and avacados on the farm was delicious. Mimi has provided all the right tools to pick and squeeze fresh juice. She also kept us stocked with fresh eggs from the chickens. We loved seeing the beautiful roses in the garden and watching all the wildlife of birds, chickens, and cows. It was so relaxing being able to sit out by the pool or take in the mountains from the back patio or a stroll around the farm. And Mimi is a fantastic host! We cannot say enough good things about how conscientious and welcoming she is-Thank You!!! We look forward to our next stay ... hopefully the garden will have fresh veggies for picking later in the year!

Amazing Stay

The farm is beautiful and Mimi is an incredibly warm host. Our family has visited a few times - it's a wonderful place to enjoy simple pleasures - collecting eggs from the hens, feeding the cows, picking oranges, playing in the dirt, running through the field and long walks enjoying the views. Highly recommend!

Villa on the farm

Wow. Once again, Mimi’s rental house was the perfect place for our family to stay. First of all, this property is HUGE: soaring ceilings, generously proportioned rooms, extensive patio for lounging, gourmet kitchen, GIGANTIC bathtub and shower in the primary bedroom. What’s more, it’s stocked with thoughtful details and extras to make a stay comfortable: fresh eggs, comfy linens, bestselling books (including ones I’m waiting on at the library!), toys and games for kids, the works. All while being impeccably clean. Both my preschooler and my parents (with limited mobility) found the house comfortable and easy to navigate. The surrounding farm, even in the “off season,” was beautiful to stroll, and we had easy access to town, the Ventura River Preserve, and Los Padres National Forest. Sitting on the porch sipping wine and watching the sunset over the orchard, hills, and pool…it felt like being in a Villa in Tuscany. We are eager to return and can’t wait to book another stay with Mimi!
