Whether you're enjoying a peaceful morning with a cup of coffee or unwinding in the evening with a drink from the wet bar, this home provides the ideal setting.

The Carolina room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, offers expansive views of the backyard pool and lake, creating a seamless connection to nature. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and relaxing together, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their time in this spacious and inviting home.

The first-floor Master Suite ensures privacy and comfort, while vaulted living spaces and modern design add a touch of luxury. The updated kitchen, complete with both a regular coffee machine and a Keurig hookup, is ready for all your brewing needs.

This home has everything you need for a memorable Pinehurst vacation, whether you're here for a quick getaway or a longer stay.

Please be aware there is very limited parking for this home. Only space for 4 cars. Please NO parking on lawn or on the road. All vehicles required to be in garage or driveway. Please get with Sandhills Rentals for other places to park your cars.

We loved the house. It was super clean when we arrived. Communications for a small issue had fast reply and everything was resolved on same day. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed both the pool and the lake. We plan to rent this house again next year.

The image of the deck/lake are not real. They are heavily photoshopped.The house across the lake is photoshopped out and the pool is not as it appears in the photos. The pool was dirty, the hot tub was dirty, and the house is in disrepair. Broken handles and poorly stocked with general kitchen items. This is a robo-power rental and the house is falling apart. The property manager was responsible, but not helpful. We we rented as family of 5 and family of 2 and I think this is better for two foursomes of dudes that want to party and not worry about damaging a property.

While our professional photographer uses standard editing techniques such as adjusting lighting and color for clarity, we do not use AI-generated or misleading images. The deck has been remodeled, and our listing includes both older and updated photos to reflect those improvements. Additionally, the view of the lake has naturally changed over time because several trees around the property were removed, creating a more open view than what is shown in some of the earlier listing photos. During your stay, we responded promptly to every concern that was brought to our attention. When you notified us about the broken door handle, we immediately offered to send our maintenance team to make the repair. We also offered to address any other issues you reported; however, we were informed that you preferred not to have anyone come to the property. Despite that request, we contacted our pool service company immediately, and they came out the very same day to service and clean both the pool and the hot tub to ensure they were in proper condition. We're disappointed to hear the home did not meet your expectations regarding the kitchen inventory and overall condition. We regularly inspect and maintain the property and will review your comments with the owner to determine whether any additional updates are needed. While we're sorry your experience was not what you had hoped for, we appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns that were reported during your stay. We value all guest feedback and remain committed to providing responsive service and maintaining our properties to a high standard.

We had such a great experience staying at this Pinehurst home. The location alone is hard to beat—set right on a beautiful lake, it made the entire stay feel relaxing and special from the moment we arrived. Having access to kayaks was such a fun bonus, and the outdoor space really stood out. The pool, spacious deck, and large outdoor dining table (which easily accommodated our group of 12) made it perfect for gathering and enjoying the scenery.Inside, the home was just as impressive—very spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and welcoming without feeling overdone.One of the highlights of our trip was having a private chef come in for dinner, and this home made that experience even more memorable. Everyone was able to sit together at one table overlooking the lake, which created such a special and intimate atmosphere.The location is also incredibly convenient to everything Pinehurst has to offer, which made getting around easy while still feeling tucked away and peaceful.Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Gorgeous home and property. We’ve enjoyed staying here multiple times. The cleanliness needs some attention, the upstairs had a bad cockroach problem and the door handle was broken. Love this home it just needs some attention.

Lake front views were breathtaking

This is a very large home with plenty of room for adults and teens. We had two families and there was enough space for everyone to have their own spot. The lake provided beautiful views no matter the time of day. The kids enjoyed fishing in the lake and using the kayaks for afternoon adventures.

Nice place. Needs some TLC

Huge home. Comfortably fit 12 adults. Pool was great. Hot tub was great. I do feel like it needs a little TLC. A couple of maintenance issues as well as an ant problem. We would stay here again

Thank you for the review, Matt! We put out ant traps and got a pest spray for the house so that should eliminate the ants! If we know specific maintenance items, we would be happy to fix those up! Feel free to call our office. We would be happy to have you back on your next trip to Pinehurst!

Our stay

House fulfilled our needs and was a great location. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening to enjoy the pool and lake backdrop. The garage door was broken so would not close 100%...these made us uncomfortable at night and while we were golfing during the day, but all ended well with no issues.
