This is a lovely place in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. It is larger than an average hotel room. The room was super clean. Queen bed was very comfy and the bedding lovely with lots of great pillows! There is also a roll away bed suitable for a child. There is no stove but that was not an issue for me. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator, an electric teakettle and coffee maker, with coffee pods, teabags, sugar and creamer. Dinner plates, cups, glasses, and some cooking utensils are provided. Bathroom was very clean and plenty of soft, fluffy towels were provided. The surrounding yard and patio are so pretty. Small flower gardens are even lit up at night. The owner, Lisa, was very helpful and responsive. This location is just what I was looking for. I will definitely stay here again.
I am from this area and come back frequently to visit my family. This properly worked out just perfectly for me. I felt safe, which is important to me because I travel alone most of the time. This rental had everything I needed to move right in and feel at home. Very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect! I highly recommend choosing this property. Lisa was great, quick response for any questions I had.
This pretty little paradise was easy to get to- even though we arrived late at night, the property owner explained thay there were motion lights to guide our way! Beautiful lush garden paradise as you enter and a nice, cool, clean welcoming apartment. EVERTHING one could possibility need was available- including coffee & ice maker, dishes for 2, a perfect sized fridge for a few days (or more) & microwave and the most comfortable bed- like sleeping on a cloud! Kitchenette was fully equipped w everything you need in a home, plenty of outlets to charge, comfortable chairs inside AND on the patio..and a big bathroom with a great showerhead. We soooo wanted to stay longer & would head back tomorrow! Our host was just wonderful and clear with communication- not to mention kind. This is 5 stars for us & to tell the truth, we experienced some car trouble during our trip and she even sent us to the right shop nearby to resolve our issue & continue on with our terrific vacation. This was like staying w family- but better. Highly recommend đ
This was our first visit here, now everytime we come back to Rhode Island this is the only place we will stay! Itâs PERFECT. Lisa Drew has to be the BEST host on VRBO. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were 5 star. The place is so clean, and everything is there that you could possibly need! The yard for relaxing outside is a true sanctuary, you feel you are in another world itâs so peaceful and GORGEOUS! Plus the best thing is, everything you could ever want or need is a very short drive away. Itâs so beautiful there and our stay was just perfect. I just cannot say enough about this property and the Host. We loved it â€ïž
Beautiful setting, well landscaped and quiet VRBO. I personally would add a counter top icemaker and maybe a small dinette set. We didn't need the air conditioner on our stay but I would be concerned to use it as it didn't have a condensate drain line and may allow water on the flooring.
The entrance also a bit of a challenge for someone with walking issues, the slope and slippery grass in the mornings and after a rain also I would remove some of the plantings under the arch and add a few pavers.
Overall a very nice place.
The lower apartment we stayed in was comfortable and homely. There was no trouble getting in and out and there was no noise during the night. We had everything we needed.
Chose this location because it was close to a family gathering.
Lisa was quick to respond to any questions or needs.
Beautiful gardens; relaxing patio area.
Getting to the back studio apartment could be tricky for those with mobility issues as it is a sloped side lawn. Otherwise, we highly recommend this location.
Our room was accurately depicted as stated and very large. It had its own entrance and a small, adequate kitchenette for our needs. Bathroom was small for two of us using at the same time but very clean. Shower was an older style and would benefit from a hanging rack to put larger toiletries. Plenty of hot water which was greatly appreciated after long days in sweltering heat. Bed was comfortable and linens were also comfortable. Nice sized closet for hanging clothes. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud but very much appreciated as the temperature outside was high during our stay. Host was exceptionally helpful and quickly responsive whenever we contacted her. She even loaned us chairs and towels for our day on the beach. Overall very pleased with our stay.
Very beautiful back yard. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a few minor things but the host replied immediately. When we booked it looked like it was right off the interstate. Not so much. Kind of a challenge to get there but worth the challenge.
This is a perfect little studio if youâre visiting out of town. It has a welcoming and homey feel to it! Just a few minutes from the city life but itâs in such a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Absolutely would recommend!
We enjoyed staying here and the place was just what we needed for our weekend with family. The place was clean and exactly as we had hoped for. The only suggestion I would have is bring an extension cord if you plan to charge your phone at night. There was no place at the bedside to charge our phones and due to family health issues we could not take the chance of not hearing them in the kitchenette.
Hello, my husband and I have lived in Smithfield most of our lives, and are empty-nesters. We love the opportunity to meet new people and have met many great people through VRBO. We love gardening and being outside enjoying our spring summer and fall seasons outdoors
Weâve lived in this neighborhood, many years and love our neighborhood. It is safe and quiet and we have access to Georgiaville pond if we choose to do any boating. Georgesville pond also has a small beach area. We are super close to 295 north or south, allowing us to get to either end of our small state, within 15 minutes. 20 minutes to Providence 15 minutes to Woonsocket, Newport 50 minutes and 45 minutes to our Rhode Island shoreline. Great restaurants in Federal Hill Providence and many restaurants just five minutes away from our home.
