Situé au sommet d'une colline, au milieu de 500 acres avec des miles de marche et damées pistes de ski de x-country, bain à remous extérieur, et la natation 5000 gallons piscine. Ce château extraordinaire 11,000 sq. Ft. A des vues incroyables de Mt. Monadnock du N & lac / plage de la S.
Profitez de la solitude et des couchers de soleil sur cette magnifique propriété à Rindge, NH. Idéal pour les réunions de famille, des retraites, etc. S'il vous plaît noter: pas de mariages, banquets, réceptions, ou uniquement par des logements tels.

Le château a été construit par le propriétaire et achevée en 1995. Le design intérieur est unique en son escaliers, ardoise et planchers de bois franc secrètes partout, arcs gothiques w / murs de pierre de faux, un énorme salon formel mais confortable w / un marbre et granit cheminée décalage w / un piano à queue, plafonds de 9 pieds, tapisseries authentiques et portes vitrées qui ouvrent défiler dans une grande salle à manger de style Wedgwood offrant un encastré au plafond w / un coucher de soleil éclairés. Le sous-sol bar / salle de jeux et salle de jeux de troisième étage assurera que tout le monde de tous les âges ont plaisir!

EXIGENCES D'ÂGE: le client doit être d'au moins trente (30) ans pour louer la propriété. S'il vous plaît noter que ceci est très important car vous aurez ENTIERE RESPONSABILITE du château pendant que vous louez. On est chez nous, SO S'IL VOUS PLAÎT traiter avec respect, comme vous le feriez voulez quelqu'un pour prendre soin de votre maison. MERCI.

En raison du zonage de la ville, nous devons limiter strictement le nombre de personnes dans le château ou sur le terrain, pour tout rassemblement comprenant des MARIAGES, des BANQUETS, ou la RÉCEPTION à 22 personnes au total, même s'ils ne restent pas pendant la nuit.

FEU D'ARTIFICE sont strictement interdits par la Ville de Rindge. De feux d'artifice sur les lieux ou sur la plage. SI DES FEUX D'ARTIFICE sont entendus par les voisins, la police sera appelée et vous perdrez votre DÉPÔT ENTIER.

IL YA UNE ORDONNANCE 22:00 OUTDOOR de bruit; Cela signifie que toutes bruit doit être l'intérieur du château après cette heure.

Du foyer doit pas être déplacé. Il est à 25 pieds de la propriété qui est la distance nécessaire selon les codes d'incendie. Du foyer dans la maison et sur la plage NE PEUT être utilisé à partir 17 heures-9 heures.

We loved the ambience of the property and the views. Beautiful place that served us well.Loved sitting around the firepit and on the patio. Since it’s sunny on the patio during the day - would be a great addition to put some large umbrellas out to offer some shade.Kitchen is well stocks and we had everything we needed for our stay there.Games room looked fantastic - but never got a good chance to use any of the stuff. But looked great for rainy days.I think the interior could use a face lift in the near future for the bathrooms and kitchen and some of the mattresses - but everything worked and we had no major issues.My husband and I tried to walk the frisbee golf course but was very difficult to find most of the posts since the maps down there are faded and not very legible. Was more of a “treasure hunt” through the woods . We didn’t use any of the water stuff since it was unclear to us if they were ours to use or the property next to us.But we all had a great time and thank you for sharing your place.

Celebrated my 40th birthday with a bunch of friends from all over New England. Great location - easy access to stores, if needed, but if you bring everything onsite you don't have to leave the property. Everyone fit comfortably and there was something to do for everyone. Tons of cross country skis and trails, the basement was great for evening hang out while babies slept upstairs. The secret passage ways were fun to explore even for the adults! Hot tub and fire pit were great and it was a beautiful snowy winter. Host was accomadating and answered any questions we had all weekend. Would highly recommend.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful castle! The caretaker gave a small group of us a tour upon arrival and answered all our questions (thanks Mike) Four floors of space, decorated beautifully with anything we could need or want for our stay. We were there for two nights during a cold snap but were cozy and warm, even had and outdoor fire and did some sledding and ice skating on the pond. We were there to celebrate my moms 90th birthday, we even dressed in Medieval costumes for the party. There was plenty of bedrooms for all the guests ranging in age from 1 to 92! Would love to stay again in the summer and enjoy all the grounds have to offer. I have never experienced anything like it, even more amazing than the pictures!

Beautiful stay!!

We rented this as a place for my family to stay for my son’s wedding. The home had everything we needed and the views and castle were beautiful!!! Property manager greeted us on arrival and walked us through the castle to show us all the amenities and how to operate everything! Kids enjoyed the giant playroom, paddle boats and kayaks! Loved it - would highly recommend!!!!!!

This castle and its location are just delightful. It was so perfect for my daughter's tiny wedding. We enjoyed every inch of it. It had everything we could have possibly wanted. And all of it was easy. The caretaker was wonderful. Check-in was easy, and the same went for check-out. I love that there is a dumpster on-site. Made the cleanup so quick. I had a quick kayak around the lake too. So so gorgeous. Thank you from all of us. Now I want to come back in the winter!

Fabulous castle trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at the castle! This was our second time staying here, and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and stocked with everything we could ever need. We used the lake so much, and the kayaks and boats were amazing for everyone. We had family kickball games and wonderful fires at night with s’mores.The icemaker actually broke, and Mike came right over to fix it and when he couldn’t fix it, he brought over ice for us to use. Every detail was perfect.

Beautiful property. The owner provided kayaks, paddle boats, firewood for the firepit, a kitchen filled with all kinds of utensils and appliances, charcoal for the grill and extra propane for the gas grills. The private pond was very fun to explore at night time as we saw little bats flying around to eat mosquitos. The kids were totally obsessed. Many different walking trails that are well maintained. The castle is filled unique decor, with a basement that comes with a bar and a poker table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The caretaker was responsive to our requests. He took great care of us.

An absolute gem of a place

We stayed here over a weekend to celebrate getting married with friends and it was perfect. The amount of rooms/beds, the views, the activities, and the accommodations… there was always something to do for everyone and the room to do it. Everyone was able to enjoy their own activity, as well as gather together in one area for meals. The place was very clean, had extras of everything, and the property manager was very helpful and friendly. One of the best stays!

Great house for a large group

We have so much fun at this house. Big enough to fit 16+ guests comfortably. Fun game room, large dining room, lots of bedrooms. But then quiet areas if you need some downtime. The grounds are great for long walks. Can't wait to go back!

An amazing home (Castle) for our large family gathering!. It was a perfect week! The home & grounds are beautifully maintained and offers a huge array of activities for all ages.Days were spent on the lake with swimming, boating, fishing & picnicking. Many trails for running/walking and games of disc golf! The house accommodated all 22 of us - ranging in age from 3 - 80! The kids enjoyed exploring the secret passages.We enjoyed several meals in the beautiful dining room and various games downstairs following dinner! The home is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need!l The two Mike's (caretakers) were always available with any questions we had. Thank you to Lynda & John for opening their home to others. We highly recommend this rental - everything you need for an wonderful family vacation! We would love to return!

Idyllic Setting

Simple amazing property and setting. The castle had EVERY SINGLE THING that you could want for a large group. The amenities kept our family entertained at the lake and the disc golf course and the castle was so fun. Room for everyone, different spaces to be quiet or party. Everyone was amazed that a place like this was available to us.

Sunridge Castle in Fitzwilliam, NH

Our family (12 adults and 2 children) had the most magical long weekend at the castle! We were in NH for a family wedding in Rindge. The castle was the perfect location! The amenities provided are amazing...no one could be bored there. The grandkids really enjoyed all the gargoyles, knights in armor, dragons and exploring the secret passageways. The adults had a great time too, especially in the game room. The patio with the fire pit overlooking the lake is just so relaxing. The owners' attention to details and provision of everything you could possibly need made it very easy to settle in and enjoy being together. Mike, the caretaker, was very friendly and made check in and check out easy. Communication with the owners was easy through the VRBO app and they were quick to respond.

Great venue for a family vacation

We had a great stay at the castle enjoyed by kids, parents and grandparents. There was plenty of room for sleeping, dining and entertainment. The kids really liked the playroom and the hidden staircase. The outdoor space was also first rate, with spacious grounds, plenty of outdoor seating and two grills. We made good use of the hot tub, pool and disc golf course. The lake was larger than expected and perfect for kayaking. Overall, the castle exceeded our expectations and provided a very enjoyable family getaway.

This place was amazing!

This property exceeding our expectations. The palace was spacious, clean and appointed with just about anything you would need. The caretaker was helpful and friendly. The grounds were simply amazing. We never had to leave the property to enjoy our vacation other than shopping for food and supplies. Highly recommend!

The only entrance to the castle is Sauvola Drive which is off Able Road in Rindge, NH close to the Rindge/Fitzwillaim town line. Google has Hunt Castle at 1000 Sauvola DR.There is a designated Castle Beach marked specifically for you.

This home is our primary residence. Our children grew up in this home and now return to visit with their families. Construction began in the fall 1993 and finished in 1995. John's love of Castles began when he was a young child and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania. As an adult he found this beautiful 500+ acreage of land quite by accident in the woods of New Hampshire. The plans to build this home began after much travel throughout, Europe exploring other castles. Today, after our five children have grown up and left this wonderful home, they continue to return to this gorgeous property to come together as a quite large extended family. We continue to celebrate many of the holidays here with our family and have now opened it up to you so that you may enjoy it as much as we do.

The Cathedreal of the Pines is a must see located in Rindge 5 minutes away with beautiful gardens; a historical landmark you would not want to miss. In less than 30 minutes, one can venture to Mount Monadnock, the most climbed mountain in the world. For the first time climbers, Pack Monadnock , only 25 minutes drive (across from Temple Mountain), is also a great family climb for those who have younger children. The views are spectacular. The town of Fitzwilliam, approximately 10 minutes away, is famous for it's Antiques. The town of Peterborough ( approximately 20 minute drive or less) well known for the 'Peterborough Players' theatre house, was also the setting for the well known play 'Our Town'. It also has many cozy shops and wonderful restaurants. The bustling city of Keene is great for window shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. The Colonial Theatre in Keene, features plays with some well know actors, singers and comedians and is located on Main St. Twinkle Town miniature golf can also be enjoyed by all and is located between the towns of Rindge and Keene approximately 15 minutes away. Besides our beautiful beach and lake, there are many other lakes and state parks that are close by (not more than 20 minutes drive) for a great beach day.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Castle is passive solar with cooling window treatments in summer and warming in winter along with solar panels. In summers the Castle is NEWLY air-conditioned on the first floor with a unit built in above the pit area. The second and third floors are air-conditioned as well (completed over the past 2 years). Newly built pit area for night-time entertainment and socializing. Private beach w/ several boats including kayaks 1&2 person, paddleboats, paddle boards, sailboat, and a Canoe. Swimming, sunning and fishing are a must! Volley ball and Corn-hole is set up at the beach with a storage shed for life jackets, paddles, chairs and sails. Port-a potty is set up for your convenience. Weber grill and fire pit at the beach as well. The pool is located on the East side of the Castle with granite steps leading down. The grounds are immaculately groomed and in spring and summer the flowers are abundant. On the south side at the bottom of the hill is a large Cedarworks playset for the kids with plenty of space on the field for soccer, field hockey, lacrosse etc.
In winter the hill is a fun place to go sledding and the lake out front is ready for skating. There are over 500 acres of trails for hiking the fall, spring and summer, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing in the winter. There is also a disc golf course used year-round weather permitting.
Don't forget to notice the bridge on the south side that lights up at night and the fountain in front of it that sprays at sunset for approximately 4 hours!
