The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a luxury lodge/resort. Great for individuals, couples and families of all ages. So much to do it's overwhelming!!! This place has so many amenities it is a TRUE vacation for all including the caregiver in the family! This is an owners only (or renting from owners) property.

Bring your friends and family and stay together in this 2 bedroom lock-off accommodation. We’ve filled the rooms before with friends and family alike. It’s always a blast being able to relax together. Some days we all do things together, other days we split up and participate in activities and eat separate from one another. This set up is ideal to handle it in fantastic fashion.

Stretch the snow play by arriving early and playing while waiting for your room! It's easy - just ask me how. We've done it many times. Heated/secure parking, ski lockers, an indoor day/lunch room to sit and eat, with full scale locker rooms next to pools, help you play while waiting for your room check-in time.

If you don't want a self provided picnic lunch in the resort day / lunch use room - just drive or take the gondola down the mountain to town and find a spot to eat. It only takes a few minutes whether you drive or ride the gondola and enjoy the fantastic views. We like Subway and "Downstairs at ERIC's" (family bar & grill) for our first day meals. The gondola brings you back up in time to catch the kids at the bottom of a run - so they can take a break. We like to have Subway in the day use lunch room. The kids ski, we soak in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, and take in the scenery/snack/drink. We take advantage of the EARLY ACCESS to the ski lockers and store snow gear/coats. Locks/keys for ski lockers and pool towels provided by resort.

Located on Peak 7, just steps from the INDEPENDENCE SUPERCHAIR, the new lift chair on peak 7, and Breck Connect Gondola, the Grand Lodge is the ultimate in Breckenridge luxury lodging. ROOM SPECIFICS:
This listing is for a 2 bedroom that sleeps up to 8 people. It has 2 PRIVATE BEDROOMS with King beds with attached FULL BATHROOMS. There is a master bedrooms that has unique/huge bathroom that is split into 2 adjacent rooms with a sliding door between each. This makes for more privacy and more people can get ready at the same time! One side has a deep soaking tub, and dual sinks. The other side has a giant dual headed shower, toilet and sink/counter. The additional bedroom has full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with a toilet and sink/counter. There is a FULL SIZE KITCHEN with a breakfast bar that seats 3- 4, and a separate dining tables that seat 4-6 more. In this open area environment you can cook and watch the kids playing, watching tv, or playing games. The full size kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, large sink, microwave, dishwasher) has everything you would need to prep, cook and serve meals (pots, pans, baking dishes, dinner/glass wear, sliver wear, utensils, coffee pot, toaster). The additional room has a kitchenette area and a living area with a pullout queen sleeper sofa, an arm chair, end tables, and flat screen tv. Both bedrooms each have closets, dressers, night stands, safes, flat screen TVs and connecting bathrooms. See attached photos for a sample layout. If you look at the lodge website, this arrangement is the 2 bedroom set up. Need a roll-away bed or crib, call the front desk. It's just that easy. Bed linens, pillows and towels are provided and available within each room. You can get more with one phone call to the front desk.

Laundry: This 2 bedroom accommodation has one IN-ROOM washer/dryer combo unit. There is also self-service laundry facility on site - for a small fee.

- DVD rental kiosks with new/newer release movies

There is no public parking at the top of the hill where this resort is located. The enclosed gondola (free) takes you from Peak 7 up to Peak 8, in about a minute. It then wraps around and stops at various locations on the way back down to town. You can ride it down and back up for fantastic scenic views. It is a quick and nice way to explore without driving and finding parking. The resort also offers a shuttle that can take you to and from town locations for shopping/eating etc.

There are elevator banks, and plenty of those helpful trolleys for loading/unloading your belongings.
