MAGNOLIA COTTAGE is one of the most requested luxury rentals in Oxford! This custom built home is 12 minute stroll to THE SQUARE and a short 15 minute walk to OLE MISS CAMPUS, on a paved path. Magnolia Cottage has 3 BRs and 3.5 baths and boasts one of the best front porches in Oxford! With plenty of private parking space, a rear screened in porch, and just under 3,000 feet of living space, you will be very comfortable during your stay in Oxford.

Great Oxford getaway!

Magnolia Cottage was a fantastic place to stay for several reasons: The house is clean and beautiful. The location is perfect. You can walk to a group of restaurants (Volta, good day, Big Bad Breakfast, Jinsei), take the bike path and walk to campus or walk down Lamar to the square. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to enjoy all aspects of Oxford and Ole Miss.

This is a fantastic home and a wonderful place to stay! Everything is neat and clean. Stephanie was helpful and responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay there again!

Ole Miss Move In

Magnolia Cottage was the perfect place for our stay to move our freshman daughter to Ole Miss. The house is very well appointed and every detail is thought out. The front porch is magnificent. Truly a wonderful stay, location and home.

Our favorite VRBO!

This is the only VRBO that we have rented multiple times...simply because it is the best! It is a beautiful home in the perfect location in Oxford. Stephanie is a wonderful by far the nicest host we've had! We plan to be back next year!

Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is truly beautiful!!! It was immaculate and so comfortable. The pictures online accurately reflected the home which is not always the case with a rental property. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay there again in the near future!!!

Perfect Southern Charm

We had the most lovely time at Magnolia Cottage! We had 3 generations staying at the house and it was great for all of the family attending our daughter’s graduation from Ole Miss. None of the grandparents had been to Oxford before so this house was the perfect compliment to how we feel about Oxford and Ole Miss - they all loved it as did we! Stephanie was easy to get in touch with and the house had everything we needed 👌👌❤️❤️

Magnolia Cottage--Perfect

My wife and I stayed at Magnolia Cottage with our son and his two daughters. The place was perfect for us. Beautifully furnished and decorated, every room was spacious, very clean, and very livable. Our granddaughters loved their bedroom with twin beds; our son's and our bedrooms, one on the second floor, the other on the first, were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but conveniently located near the Square and other places in Oxford. Stephanie was thoughtful and had thought of many things (for example, coffee) that we were happy were there when we arrived. We look forward to returning to Magnolia Cottage next time our travels take us to Oxford.

Southern Elegance, Hospitality and Charm!

We have a large family and find that it’s easier and more comfortable to stay in a home when traveling instead of a hotel. This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The home is absolutely stunning, and it’s close to everything! It was clean, well stocked and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The open concept allowed us to cook, play games at the table and watch games on the TV! Stephanie was extremely friendly, helpful and made check in a breeze. Make sure you enjoy a cup of coffee and glass of wine on the front porch. You won’t want to leave. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Cottage! Stephanie was a great host who was available from prior to booking, all through the weekend and afterwards. The downstairs living area is great for groups and we loved the swing on the front porch!

Dreamy cottage

This house is amazing in every way! The house itself is beautiful, and the decor makes it even better. The porches are spacious and beautiful, and they make the house feel even bigger. Comfortable beds and furniture plus a kitchen that has anything you could need make this a place I would rent over and over. It’s also very close to the Square and several restaurants are just a short walk. Three couples stayed here and everyone had plenty of space including their own bedroom and bathroom. Communication with the owner was wonderful, and she is lovely and kind. We had a dreamy weekend in this beautiful home. If you are coming to Oxford, stay here - you will be enchanted.

I'm a Mississippi native from Natchez and attended college at Ole Miss. I currently live in Cincinnati, but love my Southern heritage and the state of MS. My time in Oxford was, and is, so special, I decided to create a place for others to enjoy this amazing town. I hope you will adore Magnolia Cottage, as I do.

Price Street has it all!!! Walk to Midtown, to the Square and to campus all in 10-15 minutes! It’s the place to be in Oxford!

Great Location! Close to the square and Ole Miss campus. Beautiful front porch with custom built swing bed and one of the largest magnolias in Oxford!
Also have a rear screened in porch.
