The location was great. It was close to almost everything you'd want in Anaheim/LA and the host was very receptive and easy to work with. The check in process is smooth, there is plenty of space and the property is well-maintained. The pool itself is also big enough for the whole family, and it's kept clean consistently. Would recommend and re-book again.

Amazing Stay near Anaheim Conference Center & Disney

We had a group of 8 stay at the property for a conference at the Anaheim Conference Center. The accommodations were perfect. The only thing our team wished was that they could have worked less and spent more time relaxing at the house! Would definitely stay there again.

Winter Weekend with Family

We were very impressed with this Tropical Paradise, even though we stayed in the winter. There was enough space for everyone and the beds were comfy and cozy. We were gone all day at Disney parks, but the hot tub was a great way to relax when we got back. Close to food and shopping and minutes from Disney. Communication with host was easy and response time was good. A great weekend overall!

I was extremely disappointed with this property! Our large extended family stayed at this property and I was very surprised to see that the house had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. In the kids room the bedding was visibly dirty. We spotted a dead fly on one of the bed. We saw several spiders throughout the house. My grandson was bitten on several areas of his body the next morning! The pool had not been cleaned and neither had the hot tub! In three of the bathrooms the sinks were not draining properly and a handyman was called out to address this because I sent a message to the owner. For the hot tub, we had to send a message to the owner to turn the hot tub on and we had to do this daily and multiple times, which was very inconvenient!

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and we are sorry that the home did not meet the standard you should have found on arrival. The cleanliness issues you describe — the bedding in the children's room, the insects inside the house, and the condition of the pool and hot tub — fall short of what we expect from ourselves, and we take them seriously. Since your stay we have addressed this directly with our cleaning and pool service teams, tightened our pre-arrival inspection so bedding and the pool and spa are verified before every check-in, and scheduled pest treatment for the property. We also had a plumber complete the repair on the bathroom sinks, and the hot tub controls have been serviced so they no longer need to be switched on remotely. We regret the inconvenience this caused your family during what should have been a relaxing trip. We work hard and hold the highest standard to meet our guests' needs, and this stay did not reflect that. Thank you for helping us make it right.

Delightful

Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. Hopefully our next stay will be longer!

The house was more than we expected. As we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly neighbors and a serene environment. The living accommodations were readily available for a family of 12. We so enjoyed our time in this home. We had five kids under 5 (and their parents/our kids), and the pool and the home layout were so utilized and convenient. We loved it had a laundry and plenty of trash cans. We were there five nights and never ate out. Instacart and the kitchen were well used. We made a ton of precious memories. Our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration

The house was nice, clean and had more than enough rooms for our sons’ family. We had a wonderful time for bonding and celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We wanted to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the backyard but there were limits (10 pm.) to the time we can be out. Yan was very responsive to our concerns. This was to be a dream vacation for my grandchildren. I am in remission from blood cancer and promised 2yrs ago, Disney. As I am finally able to fulfill my promise. I saw the listing for the property and thought it was the perfect location, and amenities for our vacation. The pictures of the home were beautiful on line. That's it, nothing matched the photo's. Lawn furniture torn tattered unable to be used. Pool not clean, refrigerator not getting food cold, when reported I was told i needed to be patient. No propane for grill, when I inquired i was told we can look into it??? When ? We were trying to prepare dinner. I stated I'm sending my son to buy propane, I was told that will work too?? I had to purchase out of my pocket. There were not enough towels etc for large party in which I paid additional for. You have a game room located in a hot laundry room that no one can use. Very disappointing for the price almost 10,000.00 for a 6 night stay. Disturbing that the photos really don't match what you get. There is no true upkeep to this home. I wouldn't recommend this place to a anyone.Very very disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're genuinely sorry the stay didn't meet the expectations you had for such a special trip. Please know we care about every guest's experience. We'd like to respectfully clarify a few points. Several of the concerns mentioned here were not raised with us during the stay — whenever guests reach out, we work to resolve things right away, and we truly wish we'd had that same opportunity while you were on-site. Regarding the refrigerator, the unit is in good working order; when it is filled with a large amount of food at once it needs time to return to its set temperature, which is why patience was suggested — it was cooling properly, not malfunctioning. We hold our homes to a high standard and are always working to improve. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the chance to host you again and provide the experience you deserve.

Girls getaway

The property is beautiful and spacious for a big group we enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to see in the description that there are fans in some of the closets we did not notice them until after we were ready to leave. it does get a little warm in the rooms. As we were a group of ladies, we were a little uncomfortable. The neighbor sits outside constantly, just staring. Other then that.. It was a wonderful stay whwould come in and out.

The pool and hot tub were dirty, even after the pool cleaning on Tuesday. The storage areas (pool toys, game room) were dirty and cluttered. The outside garbage on day one was overflowing and had maggots crawling in and out of it. On our second morning, there was a delivery early (at 7:30 am) from Home Depot. We were asked to facilitate the delivery and move our vehicle from the parking area. Each day there were construction workers in the yard and parked in the driveway. Multiple days we had yard care workers during peak pool hours which included trimming palm trees onto the lawn while we were trying to enjoy the outdoors. If construction and tree trimming needs to be done, days should be blocked out so guests aren’t inconvenienced. We paid over 6500 dollars for 5 nights with significant host fees.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that some parts of the stay did not meet expectations. We want to clarify that the pool and spa are regularly maintained, including scheduled weekly service. Unfortunately, there were strong winds before your arrival, which can quickly bring leaves and debris into the pool and outdoor areas even after cleaning. Once concerns were reported, we worked hard to respond quickly and address the issues as much as possible during your stay. Regarding the Home Depot delivery and yard work, these had been scheduled in advance as part of ongoing maintenance and improvement of the property. That said, we understand that any activity during a guest stay can feel inconvenient, especially during pool hours, and we will do a better job coordinating such work to minimize disruption. We also followed up on the outdoor garbage, storage areas, and game room organization after your comments. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We always try to maintain the home, pool, spa, and outdoor areas to a high standard and to resolve guest concerns promptly when they arise. Thank you again for your feedback.

Amazing Property Management!

Truly the best Property management we have ever experienced ( and we have rented for many years and many homes!)!!!! Yan immediately responded to every question before our trip, during and upon checking out. Upon arrival, found that a high chair was not on premise as indicated - Yan had a new one delivered within hours! The home was clean and was exactly as described. This was a family trip to take our 6 grandchildren to Disney and Legoland(23months to 8 in age) along with their parents(in all 6 adults). It was the perfect lay out for our needs; plenty of privacy, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and lots of entertainment/lounging areas for all. The pool area was large and beautiful. There was a beautiful park we were able to walk to with the children in the neighborhood. They loved playing there. Getting to Disneyland was very easy within 10 minutes and you were parked & walking into Disneyland. To and from John Wayne Airport in traffic 30/40 minutes - without 20. Grocery store less than 10 min along with other stores might need. Pictures and descriptions are all correct. We highly recommend this home for any Disneyland trip! I have never written this much but I feel strongly it is well deserved!

Family Disney Trip

The house was a perfect fit for our large family. It was stocked with everything needed and was close to Disneyland resort. The kids loved the theme rooms. The house is nicely decorated and put together. I would suggest having the cleaners clean the floors better and wipe down light switches and walls of kids bedrooms. They were a little dirty. I cleaned some myself. The only issues were had is the sofa’s are a little small for large families to sit together and watch movies, and the master bed needs to be replaced. It is very worn down, noisy with movement and terrible on your back. The other beds are fine. Another drawback is you have no control of the hot tub and have to contact owner to turn on every time. It’s inconvenient to say the least. It would be better to install a hand timer that lasts an hour with each turn. It’s understandable owner wants to avoid wasted heat but the renter should be able to use at will. The owner is very strict about no hot tubbing after 10 PM even if you’re quiet adults trying to wind down after a long Disneyland day. A lot of people like to hot tub after 10 PM and can be respectful of noise ordinances. For the most part it was a good stay and good location.

Our professional cleaning team provides top tier cleaning service in this area, if there's anything needs to be address, they come back to do it without a second word. I usually have guests commenting on sparkling clean house and floors. Regarding the Sofa, we actually just changed that with a Brand New leather sofa set. Now it's better fit for the house and for guests to snuggle when watch TV in the living room. Regarding the master bedroom bed, this is the first time I hear such comments. Ironically, one past guest even asked me for the brand of the mattress after checking out - because they slept so well and they wanted to purchase the same brand of mattress for their own home. Regarding the hot tub and quiet hour, it has been part of the rental agreement and city regulation. Isn't it always nice to be respectful for your neighbors' night rest? This guest group were crowding around the hut tub with loud conversation even after 10:45pm. I would say they can be more respectful to the house rules at the minimum.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We're glad the location worked so well for your trip and that the pool and game room were highlights of the stay. Those are two of the features our guests enjoy most, and we keep them well maintained year-round. We work hard and hold the highest standard to meet our guests' needs, so if there is anything that would have made the stay a 10 out of 10, we always welcome the feedback. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!
