Great Ocean City, MD Location

We had a great time at Copacabana! 10 of us comfortably stayed at this property, which was perfectly situated for the beach and boardwalk. We couldn’t have had a better time!

Effortless Stay!

We stayed with 15 total people. All the amenities were considered, the communication to property manager was timely and considerate, everything about our stay was top notch. Not on beach but very short walk and not inconvenient at all. We will be back!

Clean room, Host very accommodating. Walkable to the festival. VERY busy street. Parking is tandem but does fit 4-5 vehicles depending on how brave you are on such a busy street. Noisy neighborhood due to location, BUT location definitely wins out! Front downstairs bedroom with King bed is closest to the street; back downstairs bedroom Not as noisy. Suggestions: blackout curtains would be nice, blinds are tiny and don't close the whole way. Overall: VERY nice place, host wonderful!!!

2/10 Horrible

Les points forts : Arrivée, emplacement, exactitude de l’annonce
Les points faibles : Communication
The rental was as described, check in was smooth but after checked in we noticed a few things. Wifi didnt work, the main bathroom light didnt work and there wad an ant infestation on thr main floor and upstairs. The rules specified no eating in the rooms and that is mire than likely due to the ant issue they have. I called the first time regarding the light issue and was tild someone would be there to fix it in the morning and no one ever came. We had 3 guests above the age if 70 that were supposed to use the main level bath for safety reasons that had to use the upstairs bathroom instead. Next morning was when we noticed the ants and told them the wifi wasnt working and they didn't address the ant issue at all and said the wifi shows working on their end and still never sent anyone out. We paid a total of 4,100 to stay at their place and they couldn't bither to send anyone out. We had to purchase ant spray and any traps and also bought a light to out in the bathroom. The ants were everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place due to pior customer service. After you check in you're on your own. I expect way better customer service for thr amount paid!

The house has an odd layout. We did not know that it was actually a house on 1.5 floors and an apartment on the other .5 floor. So 1) the common area downstairs is way too small for 17 and 2) if you are staying in the 2 apartments rooms that sleep 2 each, your choices to go upstairs after congregating are to go outside and up the outside stairs or cut through another bedroom! We were disappointed with the house. The rent and fees were way overpriced for what we got.
