Satisfactory. There is room for improvements. The host Lydia is very friendly, kind, helpful, giving, caring & understanding. However, on the evening of my arrival, I almost left because no prior instructions for check in was detaily given and it took about 10min for the host to come to the door. The room itself was neat, clean & cozy. However, while there I observed some areas of improvement needed. The entrance/pathway area to the main door compiled of old hard brown, dried Coconuts in a cart of some kind. To the right side of the door was a single antique table & chair for one seatin with an old biscuit pan. To the right side of that were black garbage bags. In my openinon, not the best impression for guest arrival. Door bell button was present but not working. Hence why the host could not hear me knocking at the door. In door furniture needs more upgrading or more mordern espcially room furniture. Chester draw handle(s) some were absent. Bed for some reason we not fully leveled on the base. Overall, furniture outdated. Bathroom consistently remained neat and clean although it was being occupied by 4 individuals. The base of the bathroom vanity was broken and was covered by some form of a cloth or fabric frill. Bathroom vanity needs refurbishing/rebuilding or replaced to give the bathroom a more up graded look. The general shared areas such as livingroom, walkway dinning & kitchen area can do with a whole upgrade. Alot of improvements needed.
