My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the condo , had everything we could need for the nearly 3 weeks we stayed . Marilyn and her staff were very accommodating!

Very Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and the managemet company was helpful! The kitchen had every gadget imaginable! Very well equipped! Wifi great! The leather couch and large chair were not very comfortable to sit in (sliding when sitting and couch was shallow). Sliding glass doors could use some sheer curtains if someone is using the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great Place!!! For a Week or 6 Months

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best sleep the wife & I ever had we actually took a picture of the mattress name so we could buy one. It was that good. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat at home. Located close to shopping, nightlife, beaches & all St Augustine has to offer. Golf is everywhere. Internet very fast. I do wish the patio furniture would have been a little more comfortable but overall just a great unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, a good well priced rental. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Not too far from groceries and restaurants. 20-30 minutes from the ocean depending on traffic. The floors could've used a more thorough cleaning before we arrived. We had to sweep and mop right away. The bed sheets need to be replaced.

Very nice. Felt the bathtub was a bit dangerous for seniors to shower in as it is large with no grab bar to help get in or out. Also no bath mat was available with a slippery tile floor. Otherwise we found it to our liking.

We enjoy spending time with friends and family in this beautiful and historic area, St Augustine, Florida. We love sharing our favorite places and learning about new places to explore! When we travel, we seek out private getaways where we can be alone and spend time together, hanging out, playing golf, boating, exploring new restaurants, and walking on the beach whenever possible!
