Our condo is the perfect setting for a family beach vacation, fishing trip, or an adult weekend. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is located walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean-life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket list. Getting around here is easy, too: The Island Metro is FREE! There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island.

*This vacation home does NOT allow pets due to owner allergies. If we receive reports of pets in the unit, $1000 sanitization fee will be charged.

*Guest capacity is strictly enforced. No parties are allowed. Noise ordnance is strictly enforced. SPRING BREAK PARTIES NOT ALLOWED - MINIMUM RENTER AGE 30

**SPRING BREAK POLICY* (3/4 - 4/9) All guests between the ages of 10-32 are required to purchase a security wristband for $25+tax. This policy is implemented and enforced by the resort. The wristband is to be worn by guests during their stay. Parents and grandparents must stay at the unit with their children or grand-children the entire length of their rental agreement. Minimum of one adult 30 or older if there are any children over 15 years of age. If there are more than 3 children over 15, then two adults, age 30 or over are required.

*We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.

*Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out by phone so we may promptly address your needs.

*Towels - 1 bath towel per guest per stay; a few additional towels are also provided; 1 beach towel per guest per stay are provided. In-unit washer and dryer available.

*We require accidental damage protection or refundable deposit to cover lost or broken property including our small appliances and linens. Please let us know if you accidentally break or damage something in the unit. Please make sure refrigerator /freezer doors are closed completely.

*We provide a dehumidifier for your comfort. Please empty the water if it appears full. Please keep doors closed (including patio door) to allow for best efficiency for our air conditioning units and dehumidifier.

*Please rinse off before returning from the beach and use the mats provided to get as much sand off before entering unit. Please do not wash or dry sandy items in the washer/dryer to avoid damage to the appliances.

Very nice place to stay.

Easy access to the beach. Also, very quite at night after 10pm due to the fact the island has a noise ordinance. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next summer to make more memories.

Just what we needed!

Overall, great location and everything you could want or need. The resort style pool was a hit with our children. The beach was gorgeous and maintained. The property was clean and convenient to other nearby restaurants and attractions. Condo was very clean and well-appointed. Having the laundry in room was amazing. As we arrived, there was an issue with the door locking correctly that was properly handled and fixed. Host communication was 10/10! Thank you and we will be back next summer, kids can not wait!

Great Location and Comfortable Space

The property was well located on the South end of the island. The building was a little dated and in need of some deferred maintenance however the unit was clean and comfortable and afforded a great ocean view. The unit was well equipped, included everything we needed for our stay, and our host was responsive and checked in on us to ensure everything was to our liking. Overall it was a good value and a place we look forward to staying again.

We are a Texan family of four that enjoys beach vacations and fishing. We frequent South Padre Island with our family and friends and wanted a place to call our own. Saida Royale caught our attention for its beautiful amenities, amazing views and easy beach access.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is our vacation home - we stay here every time we come down to "the island". We love the convenient location, the quick access off the Queen Isabella Causeway, and the walking distance amenities. The pools and hot tubs with the poolside bar service makes us feel like we are at a tropical resort. The tennis courts are great for our budding tennis players. The quick walking access to the beach with beachfront chair and umbrella rental services makes for a very easy beach vacation. Golf cart rentals available within walking distance at the Mirage.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We recommend eating brunch at Yummies Bistro or a smoothie at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe, both walking distance from the unit. Two pizza options also within walking distance - Russo's for a quick take out - or Gabriella's for a nice Italian dinner. A couple minutes drive away - Dirty Al's has amazing seafood - our favorite is their blackened fish and fried crab fingers. We have filtered water available in the kitchen sink for drinking and ice available for purchase right off the causeway if you make a quick right. If you unfortunately have work to do - at least enjoy the ocean view out the window from our desk while you work remotely! The wi-fi is included and fast enough to power your zoom sessions. Keep an eye on your family at the beach while you work! You can also hear and watch Elon Musk's SpaceX launch from the unit! (bring binoculars!) Seasonal fireworks can also be seen from the unit or just out the front door.
