We visited Nashville for a girls trip. This location was perfect. The condo was great with plenty room for all of us. Allen was very helpful with quick response time. Would absolutely stay here again!
Lots of space, relatively close to downtown but more like a 12-15 min drive to Broadway. Lots of stairs! Walls need to be repainted; they are scuffed everywhere. Itâs fine for a group of young people but wouldnât recommend for anyone over 30.
I stayed here with 9 other guests and we had a great time. We did not at all feel cramped or overcrowded. We almost each had our own beds! Kitchen was stocked enough cups/plates/cutlery for everyone to use at the same time. Washer and dryer were also a plus! There was even detergent for us to use. Took less then 10 minute Uber rides to get to anywhere in downtown. Was also near a police station so always felt safe. The rooftop was also a nice place for us all to hang out together and not feel overcrowded. Allen was very responsive if had any questions during my stay. Would come back here again!
If you are looking for a reasonable place to sleep a lot of people, this is great. The place was clean and the finishes like countertops and appliances are very nice. Kitchen could use a little restocking. There are plenty of pans to cook, plates and silverware but not a lot of cooking utensils and two random wine glasses. Just a note there is one bunk room on lower level with a bathroom. One room with 3 beds on second floor with a powder room and two bedrooms on third floor each with an en suite. Lots of stairs and no king size bed, so no true master bedroom. Again great, if you trying to fit a lot of people. I never used the roof top deck because it was a freezing time of year but looked nice. Warning, the living area is very small with no windows. Only the window above the kitchen sink. And no dining table, only three bar stools. The single car garage was very convenient. Appreciated having a code to get it. Location was good. Close to pretty much everything. Overall nice place.
