Great location!

Excellent location right on the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and not as crowded as other surrounding areas. Within walking distance to several restaurants and an ice cream shop. The beach was great and the view from the property was excellent. I would recommended this listing and would visit again.

Great area, walkable restaurants & beach was steps away! Would have been nice if chairs & umbrella were included. Also, had to buy garbage bags & toilet paper, but that’s my only complaint

Pros: location, clean, tasteful decor, steps from the beach Cons: lack of privacy on patio, lack of sufficient outdoor furniture on patio, noise from surrounding units, poor parking arrangement, small beach area for building units

Second Visit!

This was our second trip to Sunseekers 1! We loved it so much the first time a couple years ago that we had to come back for round 2! It was just as nice as we remembered. Clean unit, quick and easy access to the private beach, and a short walk to restaurants and shops. A perfect place to stay with two little ones!

Great home with a great location

We truly enjoyed our week at Sunseekers 1! The location can’t be beat and was perfect for our little family. Our toddler loved being so close to the beach, and we also enjoyed being on ground level and having some green space for her to run around. The private beach was a plus as it was never over crowded. The space was clean and just as pictured. Highly recommend this listing… we are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful Blue Mountain Beach

Beautifully redone and beachy! A very comfortable stay. Beach towels and beach chairs would have been nice to have! Not all of us drive down to FL!! Of course there was construction going on and no water for a few hours one day….contractor popped in …inspector popped in…no thank you!!! Overall a great stay!!!

Love this spot!!!

Location was great! Walk out your door and right down to the beach. We had our first beach trip with our daughter, son n law and granddaughter. I loved everything about this place!! Sat on the patio and watched the sunset, ocean, etc. with my granddaughter( 3 1/2 months) Introduced her to the beach. Quick response from owner! Easy check in. Highly recommend this place! We hope to come back asap!! Sunseekers 1 is wonderful! Book it!

Family vacation

The property was very cozy and comfortable. It was as shown. We had a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The property was stocked as stated in the description. Easy access to the beach. Grass lawn off the porch was nice. The only complaint would be that it could have been cleaned a little better. I would suggest to the owner that they have the cleaning crew do a thorough clean on the washing machine and dryer as they have some mold and mildew inside. Overall it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Unit but a Bit Neglected

The unit is beautifully decorated, and we loved the ocean view & easy access to the beach. However, I agree with others who comment on the cleanliness of the unit. It desperately needs a deep cleaning and some refreshing of the kitchen items. The most unpleasant part was the moldy washing machine and chipped/ stained dishes, but there were other smaller issues such as the dirty rugs and stained furniture. If there was a bit more attention to detail with the cleanliness, it would be a solid five stars from us.

Very nice condo

This unit is in an older building, but looks like it has recently been updated. Its really nicely decorated and has a great beach vibe. Easy access to unit and beach. Close to BM Creamery, stores, etc. The property manager (Ocean Reef) was very attentive and quickly responsive. My only complaint is in regards to the cleanliness of the unit. The floor was not clean (sand, crumbs, dust, etc.) and 2 of the beds were dirty (sand, hair, etc.) upon our arrival. Additionally, it looks like it’s been quite some time since it has had a deep cleaning (ceiling fans, blinds, etc.). I reported these concerns to The property manager and they offered to send someone to clean right away. We declined, so the property manager promptly had clean linens delivered to our unit. Of course the cleanliness problem can easily be rectified, and hopefully will be addressed quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!

Great location

The location could not have been better, decoration is very nice, well appointed kitchen. Communication was never a problem. The sheets, towels and kitchen were clean but It look like it has not been deep clean in a long time. With the priced that we paid for the cleaning fee, my bar was high and I felt like asking for my money back. I did asked them for window cleaning products so I could do it my self. They offered to send someone to do it, I declined... just did not want people working there on my time.
