Danny and his group are amazing guests. They really enjoy the mountain retreat and have had a great time. The whole purpose of this studio is family friendly. You are moving from your home to my mountain studio. Different stlye and taste but simliar convenient and sufficient. Welcome back and love to host you guys again.

Hi Barbara, this is an extreme high fire period. We are very concerned about possible fire sources. We saw the guy with gray t-shirt acting like smoke from our outdoor security camera. We tried to communicate through security camera speaker 4 or 5 times. No response, that is why we send a note and asked to leave the cigarettes' but in a bowel with water. You informed me all the communication through message and I did. Mountain fire is a very serious issue and not something I intentionally put pressure on you. Late that night, you replied and said no smoker in your group. I thanked you for clarifying. It is a protocol call that the guests let the host know their departure and A/C is off. It is Ok to let me know you did not use A/C or you did not know how to attached the photo. Long arrival instruction is not what I preferred. But we do have guests do not follow the house rule and pretend they are not informed. It is Vrbo's advice to spell out the issues in the check in instruction . As for fruit flies, I am very sorry. We do have professional spray the studio every month.
