Tastefully updated kitchen features additional seating at the bar overlooking the family room. Centrally located, this home is located only 2.7 miles from the Yarmouth beaches along Nantucket Sound. Stone backyard patio and walkways adorned with detailed landscaping and spacious enclosed outdoor shower. Amenities include central air conditioning (additional window a/c in both upstairs bedrooms), washer/dryer, gas grill and WiFi

Amazing House/Martha Murray Vacation Rentals

The house was great! Nice, quiet neighborhood, great fenced in back yard. Everything at the house was as advertised. Property is close to several beaches and much great history; and about 90 minutes from Boston for a whole lot more to do as well! The agency was very easy going and pleasant to work with and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely use this property specifically and this agency generally again.

There were so many fabulous restaurants nearby as well as recreational opportunities, beaches, and supermarkets. The house itself had immaculate lawns and beautiful hydrangea bushes bordering the house. Inside, the house was comfy and was wonderful for my family to gather, eat and hang out. I really appreciated Martha Murray Vacation Rental helping me when asked.

There are 4 great sized bedroom, but my husband and I didn't need all that room. The house is a great size if you need room. The backyard is fenced, there is an outside shower.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors where dirty and the cable went out. For future stays - please have a manual on how to change and manage all the remotes. If needed, please have a person on duty when not in the office to troubleshoot items.given the cost of the house, it would be nice to have soaps, paper products, etc and more bowls to work with.

If you have any issues in the future, please give our office a call immediately and we can help you out! We do have an agent on call 24 hours a day for emergencies (which unfortunately, troubleshooting using a remote wouldn't fall under that category).
