Inside, youâll find everything you need for a relaxing stay â a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room has a full bed. The living room sofa also doubles as a twin bed for added flexibility.
Step outside and enjoy the complexâs heated pool, tennis courts, and lush tropical landscaping â or unwind on your lanai while soaking in the stunning ocean views.
Located just a short drive from downtown Kailua-Kona, youâll be close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping while enjoying the peace and quiet of this hillside hideaway.
Please note: Kona Coffee Villas is a quiet residential community with many long-term residents. Guests are asked to keep noise levels low and respect community rules. No smoking except in designated areas.

-Guests must check in with the Site Manager within 24 hours of arrival (or the next business day for weekend arrivals).
-Parking passes are required for stays longer than 24 hours and must be obtained from the Site Manager.
Amenities Usage:
-The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests must shower before entering and wear appropriate swimwear.
-No food, alcohol, or glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
Smoking:
-Kona Coffee Villas is a non-smoking complex, with designated smoking areas provided.
Parking:
-Guests must park in designated guest stalls with a valid parking pass and follow all parking regulations.
Trash Disposal:
-Securely wrap all trash and use the dumpsters. Do not leave items beside the dumpsters.
