Lycan House est une nouvelle maison de luxe de 4 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes dans 4 chambres. Spa privé. Les vues ne sont pas parallÚles car la maison est au bout de la ruelle sans rien au nord ou à l'ouest. La maison comprend un grand espace de vie espacé ouvert avec une piÚce maßtresse voir à travers la cheminée, table de jeu, salle à manger pour 10. Séjour minimum de 4 nuits en juillet et août.
La maison comprend une salle de jeux avec ping-pong et baby-foot.
Tous les tarifs sont disponibles uniquement sur réservation téléphonique. Les frais de service ne sont pas facturés sur les réservations téléphoniques.

Lovely, great views

Overall wonderful stay with lovely views. Nice beach walks and good location. The office is pretty much non-responsive though if there is an issue.

Great layout and super close to the beach

House and location to the ocean were great. Foosball and ping pong tables were nice to have though the foosball table has seen better days. Window seals, oven and floors were a little dirty when we arrived. Overall though house worked nicely and the views of the ocean from every room were awesome.

Right on the beach

Our family stayed at the Lycan House for a week primarily to go razor clamming in April. The property was fabulous and right on the beach so we could just walk right from the house. There was 12 in our party and there was plenty of space for family togetherness and also plenty of space where you could get away for some privacy if needed. The kitchen was probably the best equipped rental house we have ever stayed in. We cooked all meals at the house and there was plenty of pots, pans, utinsils, and dishes. There was 4 bathrooms and plenty of bedding a pillows to keep everyone comfortable. The fireplace felt so good to warm up next too when coming in from the cold beach. There were quite a few house games to play and the game room included some beach toys and kites. The views from the house are wonderful so if it is too cold to be on the beach it still feels like you are there. The river is also beautiful and you can walk up it during low tide for a little bit different nature experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic home in a perfect location

My family (girls only on this trip :) ) rented this house in March 2014 and absolutely loved it. There were 6 of us and there were more than enough beds for all of us. All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (it's even better stocked now, since we left an extra garlic press behind that we didn't need). The best parts of the home are the view and location. The view is unprecedented. The many windows take advantage of this, although some blinds in the living room would be nice. It's very difficult to see the television near sundown. The home is right on the beach and provides for amazing walks on the sand and in the forest with some gorgeous trees (turn right when you leave the house and follow the river - you might have to climb over some logs, but it is worth it). The game room wasn't ready when we stayed, however I'm not sure we would have used it since it is separated from the house. The only negatives (and they are very minor) - the floors are very obviously fake wood, which was noticeable to me immediately upon entering the house. Also, the countertops are formica, or something similar. The rest of the house is high-end, so it would have been nice to have real wood floors and nicer countertops (maybe not granite, but perhaps quartz or something similar). These things just seemed out of place. Most (all?) bedrooms had tvs and the tv in the living room is a "smart tv" and is connected to DirectTV, although it wasn't setup for internet. I was able to get it to the connect to the wireless network (which offered pretty fast speeds) and login to my hulu-plus account. It would have been nice to have a stereo in the kitchen/dining area. Overall, the house is fantastic. We loved it and will definitely consider going back in the future. We highly recommend it to others.

Family Birthdays celebration

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. There is a quick path to the beach. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room below the house. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Would come again, it was very relaxing. The views from all the windows was amazing!

Amazing spot, right on the beach... had everything we needed.

Easy check in at the moonstone... clean house... amazing location... perfect spot to relax and spend time with friends. Spacious, clean and operating jacuzzi, plenty of kitchen utensils, and a fun game room for foosball and ping pong. Great times. We’ll be back.

Amazing view & lots of space

This home has spectacular views and a ton of space. My mom, sister & myself had a mini getaway and were very pleased with this home and its comforts. We would definitely rent this again. One note: the coffee pot is a keurig, so make sure to bring pods as the nearest store to sell them is in Ocean Shores.

Ladies weekend/election hideaway

Outstanding. The owner was amazingly responsive, flexible, and gracious - he shifted our stay at our request after we booked and realized after the fact that we had a scheduling snafu on our end. No problem, no hassles. Check in/out was easy and welcoming (thank you, Jim)! House had almost everything you could ask for, not to mention truly breathtaking views. Suggestion: We brought a portable radio that allowed us to stream music - turns out this was a really good idea - we didn’t find another music source. It would have been nice to have had a way to play music inside without bringing our own. Perhaps we overlooked it? That minor issue aside, these folks care will take care of you - a couple of examples: The TV did not come with instructions and a prior group changed the settings significantly - we couldn’t figure it out. We called the property manager and someone (Dan) was there within 30 minutes to get us back online (we were there to survive the elections, and we wanted to watch live updates). Also, the hot tub was not working when we arrived, but they already had a call in for repairs - it was fixed the next day. Finally, the beach and river are stunning. Much to explore. We walked for miles. We are already planning our next trip back. The Lycan house is a treasure.

Relaxing weekend

Great house for a large group. There were 10 of us and we were all very comfortable. Very clean with a great kitchen! We ate all our meals in and took turns cooking. Super easy access to the beach and we were lucky the fire ban was lifted the day we arrived allowing us to have a beach fire on our last night. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay, we do love the house & view. Felt the windows needed cleaning, outside & in so the view would be more clear. Saw fingerprints on the inside. Outside of this issue we loved it.. Thank you for an amazing 2 years!!!

Perfect for large families!

Fantastic home rental! This place has it all- plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large dining table plus huge kitchen eating bar, lots of running room for the under 5 crew, amazing views, and even very comfy beds (and we have some fussy sleepers!) All in all, we had no complaints from anyone on this trip. Easy access to the beach, very peaceful spot at road’s end and great weather!!

Lovely lovely spot

Lovely house, view, and glorious beach at the mouth of the Moclips River. Only surprise about the property was that the ‘game room’ was not accessible from inside the house. Because of that, the little kids could not use it the way I had hoped (unsupervised), which made the house smaller as they mostly ended playing in the common spaces when they were not on the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I purchased the property back in 2009 as I planned on building a new luxury home in the future. An old mobile home sat on the lot. Due to a flood in 2012, the mobile got demolished and the new Lycan House has come to fruition.

You are right on the beach. There is nothing to the north or west of you. It is really quiet and peaceful.
