Nouvelle villa de luxe avec un beau front de mer, une terrasse de bateau et une piscine chauffée!

We had a lot of rain during this time. And when the lot is very wet, you can not mow it. Then you have to wait until it is dry enough. Usually we mow our lot three times a month in summer and two times a month in all other months.

We can only warn others about these tenants if they want to avoid having their vacation home trashed. No sooner had the tenants arrived with their two small children (a party of five) than they managed to break the electric garage door, the coffee maker, and the microwave—all of which had been working perfectly the day before (and the microwave was only a year old). Our property manager immediately got the coffee maker working again and reprogrammed the electric garage door’s settings. Since the new microwave was still under warranty, a claim had to be filed with Lowe’s and a replacement ordered, as the item wasn't in stock; however, the guests did have a stove with an oven and a grill at their disposal. While carrying out these repairs, our property manager discovered that the children had been riding a tricycle inside the house and crashing into the furniture. He politely asked the tenants to stop this behavior. When the tenants checked out, trash of all kinds was scattered across the floors throughout the house. The toilets were also left in a truly disgusting state. We have photos that clearly document this, should the tenants claim otherwise. In 13 years of renting out our property, we have never experienced anything like this. Indeed, the feedback regarding these tenants stands in stark contrast to the consistently positive reviews our home and property manager have received from everyone else.

Thank you very much for your nice review. We are happy, that you were save and our home had no damage from storm or water because it is built very hurricane resistent and high enough over the water around us.You are welcome being back in our home any May or June in the coming years. But all the years we loved the "autumn" in Florida too.

The master king mattress is from this year. And it was not uncomfortable or squeaky when we slept on it two weeks in November and also not for all our last guests. But we will check and maybe replace it, because we want to have and to offer a perfect home.

Thank you very much Ewa for your 5-star rating and your warm words. We hope, that you will be our guest again someday. Frank

In 6 years of renting our vacation home with have not had any problems with the temperature of our pool and the speed of our internet. The description of our home says explicitly, that our pool is solar heated. It helps to read descriptions before booking. Last December, when these tenants have rented our home, we have had two cold and rainy weeks in Florida, so that the pool has become colder. But this is not the rule. An electric heated pool in Florida is an exception. And if a vacation home has one, tenants usually have to pay extra for the much more extra power, usually some hundred dollars more the week. Because we are more in the nature, we have satellite internet. So it it not the fastest, but fast enough. Maybe it was not fast enough for these 6 adult tenants surfing in the internet all together at the same time during these bad weather weeks in December. These tenants have never been in Florida before and have expected tropical heat during the winter months too.

Thank you very much for your nice rating. We hope to have you again in our Florida home some day!

We have changed the king size mattress. Our sun loungers have cushions now. It is very easy and safe to step in our pool by three 5 foot wide non slip concrete steps (see pictures:). Our TV has 120 channels, also in HD. We have tuned the channels again, because they were get into a mess. Our satellite internet is fast enough for every daily usage including watching youtube etc., but not good enough for streaming or gaming. But this year in autumn we want to change to starlink, which is faster.
