If you have a preference for a specific building, floor, view, or proximity to another guest(s) you can reach out to the resort directly after you have received your final confirmation 2 weeks prior to check-in. The resort may or may not accept particular requests ahead of time. **There are NO GUARANTEES as requests are granted at the resort's sole discretion.

Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.
