First time offered. Truly a walk-to-all retreat! In the heart of Sag Harbor Village, stroll to shops, restaurants, cinema, wharf, and beach. Walk to Jitney. Kitchen opens to magical courtyard garden with new Weber gas grill for al fresco dining. Two bedrooms with very comfy beds and linens, one small serene spare room with single bed, family room with smartTV and a living room with fireplace. Large eat-in kitchen with Viking appliances. Wide plank floors throughout.
