Three bedrooms come with an in-suite bath and relax watching your favorite show with the available flat-screen TV in three of the bedrooms. The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances including a touch-screen refrigerator, stove, wine cooler and ice-maker ready for you to use with your catch of the day.

Enjoy the perfect weather all-day with two single kayaks available for use tied right out back on your 35 foot dock. The dock has all the amenities needed to make your time in the water even better providing electricity, water, bait freezer and fish cleaning station.

Splash into vacation mode with the sparkling pool that showcases automatically-lit led lights to give you that tranquil ambiance in and around the deck and soothing Jacuzzi area. Heating for Pool & Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of $300.00 for the week (must be paid before your arrival date). The home has an added full-bath and fully stocked kitchen next to the pool for your convenience so you never miss a minute of your outside play.

• 1 sleeper sofa, 5 beds and 1 twin futon included.

• One boat up to 35 feet, one trailer under 40ft and 3 vehicles will be
allowed per stay. (NOTE: Only space for one boat).
• Owner’s boat on boat lift does not & will not affect your dock space or
view.
• Check in is at 4 pm and access information given 48 hours before arrival.
• Quality Control Staff will be checking the property on the day of arrival
to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
• Home has surround outside property surveillance cameras.
• The home is only a “Saturday to Saturday” booking unless you speak with
an agent and have approval for other days.

• The pool heater's max is 88 degrees & Spa heater's max is 98 degrees.
• Pool Heat scheduled 9am-5pm.
• Spa Heat schedule 5pm- 10pm.

NOTE: When the spa heater is on, the pool heater is off. Both can not run at the same time

• This home is a max of 12 people at any time per stay, including visitors.

For when you’re ready to get out of snooze mode and into adventure mode:
Guests can enjoy a scenic drive down the famous Seven Mile Bridge to Key West for the impeccable sunsets and lively atmosphere filled with one-of-a-kind dive shops, eateries, bars and family-friendly activities like soaking up the sun in a fishing charter or snorkel trip. Enjoy street performances in Mallory Square, window-shopping down Duval Street and don’t forget to visit the Hemingway House and the Southernmost Point. Whatever you want to enjoy this trip, you can find it in Key West.

Want to experience something unique to Marathon? Consider visiting wildlife reserves like the Turtle hospital or the Dolphin Research Center where you can not only learn how to prevent these animals from extinction, but learn to feed and care for them with their special programs.

Can’t get enough of the beach? Marathon has 3 main beaches! Of all three, we recommend Sombrero Beach. This dog-friendly beach is spacious with a gorgeous stretch of a shoreline to enjoy a sunset walk on. The beach offers a covered pavilion and restrooms ready to enjoy from the morning until dusk.

Don’t forget to enjoy the local food with the waterfront views! We suggest visiting Sparky`s Landing in Key Colony Beach and Burdine`s Waterfront located at the end of 15th Street where you will find unique dining establishments with live music and of course, the catch-of-the-day.

Rental Cars are ready-to-go at the airport and Taxi services are available at a low-rate around town.
