Beautiful Beach Get Away at Sea Woods

Unit 128 has two bedrooms (master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin sized beds) and two baths with a large screened in veranda. There is room for up to four guests. Our unit is located close to the heated pool and within minutes of the beach. Renters can easily carry their beach chairs and coolers from our unit - there is no need to drive and park somewhere to access the beach. Beach towels, four chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella are provided.

Absolutely perfect stay!

This condo was very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Easy check in. Great location with beach access across the street. Nice quiet complex with several pools and tennis courts. We would stay here again.

Great Sea Woods condo

Linda was a dream guest- someone everyone would love to have as a renter. We had some issues with the air conditioner, and Linda was so helpful. We had to replace the entire unit so the issue has been resolved. Thanks for staying with us and for being such a helpful guest!

Great location! We were close to 2 pools on property and the Oyster Quay beach access. Cozy condo with a great porch! Perfect for our family. We'll be back!

Wonderful restful, close to the beach, lovely condo very quiet, clean & well appointed.

From the moment I got there it was so comfortable, clean & had everything you need to enjoy yourself. Very close to the beach less than a slow 5 min walk. Great find!

Beautiful Setting

This Sea Woods veranda was perfect for beach lovers. It’s situated across from the ocean and takes just a couple of minutes to walk there. No car necessary. Very clean and well stocked.

Great stsy

Condo is in a nice, quiet well maintained area. The condo itself was clean, attractive and up to date. It is a short walk to the beach and to a well stocked Dollar Store for pretty much anything you need. The host was welcoming, friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a great time and know you would too

Loved the condo and it's location. Super quiet and peaceful. Loved relaxing on the screened in porch. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Safe and easy to cross the road as there is a crosswalk with warning lights for drivers. Suzzane was such a pleasure to work with and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

A wonderful week!

The condo had everything we needed and more. It was well labeled which made things easy to find. It even had extras like a nite light and a hamper. The veranda was great for morning coffee and lunch. The beach was a short walk as was the pool. Suzanne was easy to communicate with and I enjoyed our chat. I hope we can return sometime.

We love staying at this property! It's perfect for our multi-generational family. My parents get the master, my daughter and I share the other room. Close to the pools and the beach, and I love reading on the porch. Suzanne is incredibly kind and communicative, always available for any concerns or needs. We only live an hour and a half away, and I left my hair dryer. I let her know and she responded immediately that the unit was empty so I could go get it, or that she would be there in a few days and could mail it to me. Check in was a breeze, as was the checkout process. We are looking forward to going again next summer!

Family girls trip

What a perfect little getaway! My mother, grandmother, sister and myself stayed here while enjoying time in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Location is great and pictures represented the property perfectly. Suzanne was a fabulous host! We will be booking again here when visiting NSB in the future.

Peace and Quiet and Quality.

This Condo checks all the boxes. Everything is provided. The plus is the screened patio. Trust me without going into every detail you want to rent this place. My wife and I give it 5 Stars.

My parents purchased their first unit at Sea Woods in 1986 and then bought a second unit in 1995. My husband and I purchased their veranda this year and are thrilled to keep the family tradition going. We have been enjoying the New Smyrna Beach area for over 40 years! It is our favorite vacation getaway.

Our unit within the Sea Woods beachside community has everything you need to enjoy a full beach vacation. Sea Woods has three pools, four tennis courts, two racquetball courts, pickleball courts, a shuffleboard court, and beautiful walking paths.

Guests can walk to the beach from our unit in only 3-4 minutes! It is so easy and convenient to be relaxing by the ocean, but at the same time families can enjoy the many benefits of being in a beachside community with a neighborhood feel.
