Location, Location, Location! Beautiful downtown condo located just a short half block to the Penticton Peach and Okanagan Beach. Across the street from several brew pubs and walking distance to many world class restaurants. Condo boasts large 200 sq foot outdoor screened patio perfect for your morning coffee or to relax in after a day at the beach or exploring all that the Okanagan has to offer.
Overall a great property with a perfect location for access to the lake and downtown restaurants. Easy access to everything!
Areas for improvement - the parking location wasnât clearly explained, a couple of circles around the block and the odd dead end later we found it, immediately behind the Slumber Lodge. The parking spot is outside; not covered and adjacent to all the large trash cans and an empty gravel lot. This is also the âviewâ from the really rather nice outdoor space which is thoughtfully protected from the sun and the view with some awnings; the outdoor space really was pleasant in spite of the proximity to the trash cans and back of the adjacent motel.
The apartment itself is small but as advertised; it had everything we needed and was thoughtfully furnished and appointed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and location to friends and family!
We had the best week in Penticton. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, the beach. Short drive to the Naramata for some vineyards or hiking. The place itself was a good size for a couple. The balcony is a little piece of paradise. Would 100% recommend and will stay again if available.
Clean 1 bedroom condo with everything as promised. Close to Neighborhood brewery to grab a pint and Oilers playoff game đ. Will definitely stay again
