About the Villa:

This villa, built in a typical countryside style, boasts 140 square meters of living space.
It features three bedrooms: one master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two twin beds. One more retractable bed is available. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Overall 7 to 8 guests can sleep in the villa.
The spacious living room showcases three large glass bays offering stunning views of the Seine River (just 20 meters away!) and the picturesque white cliffs. Inside, a double-sided stove provides both heating and a cozy ambiance for cooler weather.
From the cozy kitchen, you can access a paved yard, the pool, the barbecue area, and a sprawling 3,000-square-meter garden with several inviting spots to relax. Above the kitchen, a small studio (watch your head!) is perfect for working.
Facilities:
• Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
• Four bicycles are available in various sizes for adults and children.
• You can enter the property by car through the main gate and park right in front of the entrance. A trampoline, and a swing will keep younger guests entertained.

About Moisson:

Moisson is a charming village of approximately 1,000 residents, primarily consisting of residential properties. It sits on the banks of the Seine River, backed by the 386-hectare nature reserve of the same name.
The villa's location is a true haven, offering privileged access to a picturesque riverside path along the Seine (the promenade). You'll find yourself immersed in the heart of the Impressionist Valley: Giverny is just 10 kilometers away, and Veetheuil sits on the opposite side of the river (accessible by free ferry from April to October). The entire riverside landscape is reminiscent of a Monet painting.
For golf enthusiasts, the "Golf des Boucles de Seine" is a mere 6-minute drive away. Sports lovers and children will also enjoy the leisure park, located next to the golf course, which is also 6 minutes away by car.
A commercial center can be found in Freneuse, 10 minutes away, with a larger one situated in Bouchelay, a 20-minute drive. Several restaurants are located in or near Moisson, with "Chez Charlot" offering a delightful dining experience with stunning Seine River views.
A car is recommended to fully explore the surrounding area.
