The Ocean Mist Beach House is perches up on a bluff overlooking, north to south, one of Oregon's most amazing stretches of coastline. A private stonework beach path leads down to a stunning beach. Walk for miles, explore tidepools and shore fish. A stone seating area and platform halfway down the path to the beach is ideal for yoga, viewing sunsets, watching fishing boats, sea birds, seals, otters, eagles and whales. This would be a great location for a romantic proposal.
This modern home is designed to make you fall in love with the ocean. In the main house the high ceiling windows in the livingroom will make it hard to take your eyes from the view. Cozy up by the fireplace on the couch and spend time with the whole family in the open space kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the comfort of the 2 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and look at the stars over the ocean from the master bedroom.
The detached guest cottage is perfectly private. A separate cozy living area with one bedroom, one bathroom, cozy lounging area with smart tv and electric fireplace and kitchenette. Upstairs study area with spacious office and an amazing 250 degree view.
Stormy outside? No worries! Gather the family for movie night in the home theater or hang out in the recreation area and play air hockey and games.
Sunny outside? Spend it outside on the patio and lawn with a view like no other! Soak in the spa, BBQ with Bluetooth outdoor music or just sit out and watch the ocean and listen to the waves.

Located on the 2nd floor of the detached building is a spacious office with greater than 250 degree views of the Ocean. This is by far the best ocean view on the property. This office features a solid wood desk, LaZyBoy executive desk chair, genuine leather coffee table and chairs in the sitting area, electric fireplace and viewing scope. Coffee table/Ottoman is a fold out twin bed with memory foam mattress.
Home Theatre: A full home theater experience with JBL built in surround sound, 60” Smart TV, Blue Ray player as well as a ceiling mounted projector and drop down movie screen. The genuine top grain leather theater chairs have an elevated second row of 3 fully reclinable seats, the first row seating is a loveseat configuration for 2. These comfy theatre chairs feature floor and cup holder illumination, removable and stowable snack tables, fully adjustable electronic foot and head rests and USB charging ports. A variety of DVD and Blue Ray movies are on display for your use. Board games including “SceneIt” Trivial Pursuit, Boggle, and more are available in this entertainment space.

The custom stone work bench & platform midway down to the beach is a fantastic location for yoga, meditation, simple relaxation or watching sunset. This spot would make a magical proposal location.
Great Lawn- An ocean view like no other, this space is great for flying kites, playing lawn darts, corn hole or spike ball, all of which are available to guests in the large cabinet in the recreation area adjacent to the guest cottage. JBL Blue Tooth enabled sound system and flood lights cover the lawn area.
Expansive Patio with BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating as well as outdoor speakers for the JBL Blue Tooth enabled sound system.
Hot Tub- A hot tub for two with ocean views and privacy.
Parking – large driveway accommodates appropriate number of vehicles for max occupancy of the property. High ceiling garage with one bay, perfect for an RV, boat or trailer.
For the safety and protection of our home and guests, security cameras are located and operational indoors of garage & gym areas only and outdoors surrounding property. Hot Tub is not within camera view.
* Yard maintenance crew is scheduled to arrive and work on property every Tuesday between 11:00-3:00. Guest must allow maintenance crews to be on property and park in driveway.
* Internet is provided by Charter which is the best provider in the area. Please be aware during the winter inclement weather can effect service.
* Property is pet free. If pets are found to be on property at any time there will be a $200 charge plus a $25 per night charge.
