Locations à la semaine d'été ... hors saison 2-3 nuits préférées .. week-ends longs toujours les bienvenus.
Les locations sont pour une semaine en haute saison uniquement (mi-juin-début septembre) Habituellement, le jour de la semaine est le samedi.-Sam.

Une chambre et salle de bain complète située au rez-de-chaussée. Une étape pour entrer dans la porte d'entrée.

3 grands ponts avec un pavillon couvert supplémentaire comprenant deux ventilateurs de plafond avec gradateurs. Il y a un bar à eau froide pour les boissons ou le nettoyage des poissons sous le pavillon.

Fond de lac de sable et peu profond pour le frisbee et le volleyball aquatique. Grande pelouse plate pour le badminton, le volley-ball, le wiffle / T-ball, le golf en échelle, etc.

Les tables / chaises d'extérieur peuvent accueillir environ 26 personnes. Chaises légères empilables disponibles pour la plate-forme à la fin du quai.

La maison est à 1/2 heure. du centre-ville de Milw., 1/2 de Miller Park (stade Brewer), 45 minutes de Gurnee, Il

Grande allée pour un minimum de 8 voitures. Une place de stationnement sur le côté opposé de la maison ou une place pour garer la remorque de bateau.

Laveuse / 2 sécheuses incluses.

Réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans la buanderie .... rez-de-chaussée. Les deux réfrigérateurs sont équipés de machines à glaçons. Les machines à glaçons et un jet d'eau supplémentaire dans la buanderie sont équipés de systèmes d'osmose inverse. Ces systèmes produisent 99% de l'eau en bouteille.

Le poêle / four est de taille conventionnelle avec deux fours en option. Un tiroir chauffant inclus. 4 brûleurs et brûleur chauffant disponibles.

Petits bateaux de pêche disponibles à la location sur le lac ... draps disponibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

Beautiful and lovely stay

Sally was very easy to communicate with- the listing and information she sent out was accurate. We loved her beautiful space- it was the perfect place to relax and recharge together! I loved that she had shared an album of the house before renovation- it was so neat to see all the love and hard work that went into the house as it is now.

Hidden Gem

A beautiful home and So nice to find a place to accommodate a family of 20 to stay over nite after my daughter’s wedding in Dec. Plenty of space. Best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at in terms of a kitchen. Sally was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. Would love to bring the family back for a summer vacation to enjoy the lake!

Great place for an extended family getaway

Perfect place for our weekend gathering with adult children and grandchildren. Large flat lawn for games and screened porch were highlights. Would definately recommend.

Great stay for large family gathering

The property was beautiful. The pavilion was a great space for large group with screened doors on 3 sides and shaded most of day. The owner was very responsive to questions around our family’s unique needs and responded quickly in all communications. A lovely house and property. Would definitely return.

Sally has a beautiful property! This is ou second time staying here and it was better than the first! Everything was spotless and organized with plenty of room for our large party. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

Great Family Home

The house was very spacious and accommodating to our large family. The lake was clear and perfect for kayaking and swimming. The kids loved the large yard and the outdoor space. There was plenty of dining space for all of us to sit together both inside and out on the decks. We had a wonderful time! Host was very easy to communicate with and attentive to all needs.

My family stayed at this house over the new years holiday. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the kitchen is fully stocked and there was enough seating for everyone around the table. The main floor is spacious and allowed for everyone to enjoy themselves. We loved the views of the lake and would definitely rent this house again!

Great Layout for Group Retreat

We have stayed here a couple of times as a location for an annual retreat for our nonprofit organization. The open layout of the dining and living rooms along with the very long dining table make a great space for meeting. There are ample large bedrooms and bathrooms along with a large deck & screened sunroom for outdoor eating. The long driveway allows for parking of multiple cars and the property is on a beautiful lake. A relaxing setting for a gathering of people.

Wonderful Wind Lake rental

Our family stayed in this home as we were attending our family's annual Christmas gathering in the area. It was so nice to have a rental large enough to accommodate our entire family in one place comfortably and enjoy time together, which we don't get to do very often. Sally, our host, was very gracious and accommodating and met all of our needs and concerns in a timely manner. We are hoping to stay in the rental again in the future. Thank you, Sally, for your hospitality and for allowing us stay in your wonderful rental.

Beautiful property and home

So much space. There were 16 of us ranging from 8 months to 61 and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need and plenty of seating. Some of the beds are on the softer side so maybe test out before you take your pick. A wonderful property!

Waukesha Wedding

Great location & backyard for our extended family of 13 + many visitors. Owner very responsive. Lots of chairs & grass area in the backyard to hang out. Enjoyed the local bars / restaurants. Feedback from our group was surprise to only have a short supply of garbage bags / paper towels / toilet paper. Bath towels could also use replacement. But a great place for a large group to stay.

Stress free rental

Sally is amazing! We had a death in the family and needed a big place last minute and I found this rental. It was very clean and more then enough room for all of us. We were also able to have family over for dinner with no worries about space. My sister also had car trouble and needed to stay an extra night. Sally worked with us and made this already stressful weekend so much less stressful. I appreciated everything and I know my family did too.

Great House for Relaxing & Entertaining Family

Overall, we found the house great for our needs. However-having to actually make contact with the host to check in was odd-- other houses we've stayed in texted or emailed us the code a day before but we had to wait until after check-in time to call the host for the code. Host wasn't immediately available when I called, which was annoying. Some of the furnishings were a bit dated; old towels; hand soap that has been "watered down" left us with a less than welcomed feeling. Also found it annoying that we could not leave clean dishes in the dishwasher but had to wait to put all dishes away before leaving at checkout. Other than these items, we enjoyed our stay.

I have been in the vacation rental business for 14 years with several properties in Door Cty., WI and a few Wind Lake, WI properties.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Half hour from our home with an approximate 1,000 acre lake, sandy bottom and fishing.
House has large interior great room with new kitchen and laundry facilities on first floor. Yard is nice and flat for sports and games.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A reprieve from the city with a gorgeous lake view without a 7-8 hour drive to northern Wisconsin.

The property has 3 different sections of decking including a Pavilion with roof & ceiling fans. Also, includes an outdoor wet bar. The 3 sections of deck are: 21X12, 16X18 & 20X13.
The roof covered Pavilion is 30X14. There are 4-5 outdoor tables with seating for about 26.
Also, 6-8 lightweight chairs to use at the dock on the last platform of dock sized 8X12.
