THE SPACE:

-Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is bright and open with a walk-in closet and a sleek bathroom, featuring new wall tile to the ceiling. You'll also have an ergonomic work desk and chair for your work space.

-Bedrooms 1 and 2:
Both rooms feature queen beds with high end mattresses and bedding. All of the rooms have remotes to turn off your lights and control your fan speed from your bed.

-Additional Beds: We have 2 twin foldable mattresses on wheels, stored in bedrooms 1 and 2, until needed for use. We want to make sure everyone sleeps well and comfortable in our space, without overcrowding :)

-Living Room:
Features a high end queen sized sleeper sofa with a dreamy memory foam mattress! Also includes a fun little library with kids books, board games, and guides to Florida!


-Patio: Our private and serene patio presents a 2 person hammock, comfy seating, and a Weber grill. Bask in the sun with a cup of fresh coffee, or lounge under lights in the evenings as you sway in our hammock.
We also have a bench/storage box for your beach supplies! Inside are 8 beach towels, cooler on wheels, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella!
If you LOVE to FISH, we have 2 ocean rated fishing poles you can use at no extra cost. Feel free to use the fishing gear others have paid forward (tacklebox in the storage box) or supply your own. The fishing poles are hanging in the back on the standing shed.

-Kitchen: Fully equipped with all you need to make a wonderful meal!
