Beach Retreat Cottage 116 is a newly renovated, charming and pet friendly vacation home located in the Beach Retreat private gated community. The community amenities include a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, grilling area, fitness center, and is located just steps from the private beach access. This 1800 sq ft two story home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 10 guests. The Beach Retreat community is centrally located to nearby restaurants, shopping, live entertainment and more!

This charming vacation rental will make you feel right at home. On the main level of this home, you will find a beautiful living area, a fully updated kitchen, a dining area, and the master bedroom. The living area offers an HDTV with plenty of comfortable seating and opens into the dining area. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal including granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. A half bath and private balcony is located off the common areas. Just down the hall you will find the master suite with an inviting king size bed, HDTV and a large bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Upon entering you will find a large foyer leading to 3 bedrooms on the lower level. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, an HDTV and a full bathroom just outside of this bedroom. The second bedroom is a king suite with an HDTV and private bathroom. The third bedroom offers one full bed and a triple bunk along with an HDTV. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level. This vacation rental home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is perfect for the annual family beach vacation!

*Please note Beach Retreat Cottages HOA only allows 2 parking spots per unit, additional paid parking may be available and reserved through the HOA in advance. The HOA does not allow: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, or buses.

***Minimum 25+ Age Requirement. Property allows a small dog up to 20 pounds. $250 non-refundable pet fee.***

A Great Time in Miramar Beach

The home was even better than the pictures and description provided. Newly renovated and extremely clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and those staying were exceptionally nice. The management group was fantastic and very accommodating. We had a couple of questions and they were very quick and helpful. Overall a great experience and we are planning to do it again.

Wonderful Rental Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent experience with this rental property. We have been renting in this area for years and specifically in the Beach Retreat community because we love it so much. This is a house that we will definitely be renting again! Everything was very clean, the layout was wonderful (we had two small families staying), and the location is perfect. The community & pool are beautiful as well. We had one minor issue with being able to access the house (the internet went out which was out of their control), we called Glass Casa and someone answered right away and gave us an emergency code to use so we were back in the house within 5 minutes! They also sent someone out right away to check the internet. We were very impressed with the resolution to what could have been a bigger problem. Looking forward to future stays!

A perfect stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house fit our family and friends perfectly. It will well outfitted and a great location. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows. There is some general wear and tear to the property, but nothing out of the ordinary. There are some beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and a cart. Want to rent a bike? - they drop if off at your door. There could be more plates and utensils. But as for cooking, it's got a decently stocked kitchen.
