In the evening, head out to your private lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing & grilling with new friends before heading off to the squares to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
