Best Penthouse Villa at the Fairway Villas!

Newly renovated top-floor penthouse condo with beautiful views at the acclaimed Waikoloa Resort. Completely renovated and re-furnished in 2021, this new-to-market property is one of the most desirable rentals at the centrally-located Fairway Villas community. Located on the third floor, B34 has loft ceilings in the living room that create a spacious and luxurious ambiance. The kitchen, attached to the main living room, has all new appliances. A dining room table, a large L-shaped couch and laminate Koa wood floors create a modern and artistic space for rest and relaxation.

The master bedroom, which has a king size bed, has beautiful mountain views and has a large en-suite bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in glass shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and is located next to the guest bathroom, which has a bathtub - shower combo. Upstairs is a beautifully decorated loft with two twin beds and a comfortable office space. Each bedroom and the loft have their own TVs. Very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very nice, well furnished and kitchen stocked with all needs (including a griddle for guava pancakes!) Great view of the golf course and Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Kohala Mountain Ranges. Plenty of room for the kids to avoid their parents when we got back from the beach. The pool and hot tub was very nice and the property was very quiet. We will come back -thank you!

Excellent Property

This property was spotless, had a beautiful view of the mountains, golf course and sunrise every morning. The amenities were excellent also. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Property

This is our 9th time in Waikaloa, but first time at this property. This is the only place we will stay in the future. Property is walking distance to mall area and Starbucks as well as Waikaloa Beach. The pool area is nice and check in is as easy as you get. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing Accomodations

This condo was awesome! So well appointed and beautifully finished As an interior designer I really appreciated the updated decor. They had all of the necessities and little touches that made it extra special. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with loads of dishes glass and cookware. The view is beautiful with very peaceful location close to shooong and restaurants and beaches . Would def go back

Only complaint was the ceiling fans needed cleaning and fridge ice maker didn’t work. Other than that it was perfect

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed unit with a good view and in a great location. The only improvement would be the addition of curtains for the lanai sliding door - the morning sun, though welcome, shone directly onto guests on the living room couch.

Clean and convenient place on the west side of the Big Island

This was a great place to stay for our family of four. It had two bedrooms and a loft which allowed our two teenagers to have their own spaces. Everything was super clean and in order. The main bedroom, living area, and balcony had views of a golf course. There was a reserved parking space that was close to the elevator and stairs. This condo was located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants including the best shave ice place we've ever tasted. It's on the west side of the Big Island, so be prepared to drive a pretty good ways if you want to check out things on the east side. All in all, the family really loved this place and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Did not disappoint!

My husband, 9 month old, 2 year old, my parents and I stayed comfortably in this spacious two bedroom with loft. We were able to set up two pack n plays in the loft while each couple had their own room. The loft was roomy with two beds. We cooked at least once a day and this unit had adequate kitchenware. The unit also had beach chairs, toys, a toddler life jacket and pack n play. It also had what looked like a pop up shade and boogie boards. We brought all of our own but it wouldn’t have been necessary. The pool was beautiful and the location was walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and spas at the Hilton and Marriott. I reached out to the management company a few times and they responded super quickly both before and during our trip. We would definitely book this location again.
