Though the kitchen is cozy, you will have everything needed for your favorite recipes to be prepared with ease!

Lovely little condo

Perfect for a couple or small family short stay. Great location, nice pools, clean and comfortable. Lacks the space and amenities for longer stays but a great unit all around.

Great weekend stay

This place was very clean. Two pools were nice as there was never any over crowding. It had great beach access. The cookware was very limited.

Clean & Close to Beach

This unit was very clean & had easy beach access. It was close to shopping & restaurants. My family appreciated the washer/dryer right in the unit. The pools were an extra bonus!

Dauphin Island Vacation

I reserved a condo in Dauphin Island, AL through Vacasa and was not disappointed. Every detail was just as it was described on the website. There was a small issue - or rather a question - concerning the entry to our condo but all I had to do was talk to a helpful, friendly Vacasa representative on the phone and it was cleared right up. I have no complaints and highly recommend booking with Vacasa.

Great budget friendly stay on then island

I have a house on the island but on holiday weekends need some extra space with some privacy for friends. This fit the bill exactly. 4 stars on cleanliness because floors were sandy upon arrival. Also elevator had a very bad smell where we didn’t use it. All in all good place and I would book it again.

Good for short stay

This condo is good for a couple night stay but if we'd planned our usual week+ stay here, I would've wished we booked elsewhere. Absolutely no silverware in the kitchen and only 2 tiny pots to cook with. Beds, especially the main one, were absolutely terrible and need replaced. This condo is easily accessible from the elevator or stairs. It was cleaned fairly well prior to arrival. Stocked with plenty of bath towels and AC works amazing.

Short Overnight

Gated community, and easy access. Property was accurately described. Beach access. No Beach view unless you walk behind the complex. Nice pools. Only me and my daughter for a short trip so everything worked.

Nice place but NO WATER VIEW

Clean and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. Though the Vacasa ad says “water view,” under “location,” you cannot see the water from this apartment at all. One window faces the parking lot and the other faces the building next door. The building itself is on the Gulf side of the road, and it has beach access, but you won’t be seeing any water from 201B.

Horrible management, do not waste your money

My mother and I rented this place for 3 nights. Other than the sand on the bed as if it wasn't cleaned, the tub not draining, and the hair in the sink, it was decent enough. On the last day, my mom entered this place alone around 8pm, and there was a strange man inside. We were not notified someone would be coming at all. No texts, calls, emails, nothing. The man was yelling about a leak and left shortly after. She called Vacasa who said they have no idea who this man is, there isn't a technician on the island and there wasn't a ticket in the system. She called the cops and once they arrived they verified that it was real and legit. She then called Vacasa again. A manager named Monique was supposed to call my mother but instead TEXTED my cell phone, saying we should "feel safe knowing it was a member of their community"..... As two women traveling alone, NO we absolutely did NOT feel safe. Whether he was a legit technician or not, we should have 100% been notified beforehand. My mother then called Monique back, and after continuously expressing we do not want to stay there because we do not feel safe, Monique laughed at my mother and hung up. Eventually we got in contact with a different manager, saying if they can't move us to a different room, we will have to travel to the city and get a hotel there. The manger said she would reach back out when she has a solution. Then yet again we got a TEXT MESSAGE.... She said she came up with a 61$ refund. After spending almost 700$, that was just the straw that broke the camels back. We asked if we could be refunded a one nights stay since we might be leaving to get a hotel in the city and having to pay for it because of their mistake of not notifying us. After this, the manager then stopped texting all together and we haven't heard anything since. I still also have not gotten the 61$ back.

When we walked in, there was a horrible smell.

We finally figured out the smell was coming from the garbage disposal. I put a glove on and pulled out molded carrots and meat!!!

Nice place - note no gulf view

2 bed 1 bath - one queen and one bunk with a twin and a full. Complex has direct access to a beach that is publix but is more private. Maintenance okay.

Nice stay

Place was clean, pretty updated. Pool was nice. Was able to use all night with kids. Beach walk wasn’t as bad as it looked. If u like cold air the air froze us out!!! That was def nice. All and all we would stay here again.
