Wonderful spot for family of 4 over spring break

Loved the convenience of a shuttle stop right at the property. Also very close to grocery store (7 minute walk). Very well appointed. Friendly host. Hope to come back!

Perfect location and size for family of four

We had a lovely stay and it was perfect for our family of four. The double recliners were a nice bonus after a long day on the slopes! Plenty of cooking supplies too! Very convenient for walking to the grocery store too. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for my family of 4

This condo was perfect for my little family. It had everything we needed and was so clean and cozy. Great location, all we had to do was walk across the road to catch the shuttle to the lifts everyday. The property manager was more than helpful in every way! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Excellent condo in a great location

The condo was perfect for our family of four for a ski vacation! We loved walking right across the street to the ski shuttle stop. It’s also very centrally located to other Angel Fire attractions with several restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. Check in was smooth and communication was excellent, with any minor problems being quickly resolved. The condo itself was comfortable, well stocked, and as advertised. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent access to the resort and the area

Great location, clean residence, lots of amenities, and a great host. Due to the late spring rains the new deck didn’t get built . All the materials were there, just no breaks in the weather. That was the only thing wrong with this stay. If the deck was accessible I would have given a rating of 5 stars.

Great accommodations!

Clean and comfortable. My 10 year old and I stayed for several days while he took ski lessons. We were completely satisfied with the unit and it’s close proximity to the slopes. We will stay here again. And I hope it is very soon

Absolutely perfect spot!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable and the living space was plenty big enough for our family of 3 and could accommodate more. Really can't ask for much more, the place was great. Really appreciated the fact that this was a first-floor condo. No stairs after a day on the slopes is a great plus! :-) Location was perfect as nothing is very far away in Angel Fire. Several good restaurant options nearby.

Perfect for a couple or a small family.

I loved the condo. We went to Angel Fire to look for a property to purchase and of all the condos i viewed, I wish this condo was for sale. The entry is easy to get to, ground floor. Parking was right there and not crowded. The complex is small and well maintained. The condo is very open and provides everything you need. The owners take pride in their home and it showed. It was very comfortable to stay in. The bed was wonderful. I would definitely recommend

Comfy Angel Fire Condo

This was a very nice, clean and cozy condo. Conveniently located only 0.8 mile from Angel Fire chair lifts and closer than that to several restaurants, a grocery store and gas station. A free shuttle with a stop across the street from the unit takes people to the ski area base lodge. A very nice bonus in the condo is a washer and dryer. Kitchen had all the utensils and supplies for cooking. Appliances are in good condition. Linens well stocked. Reasonable price for the nice accommodation and prime location. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly!

Great location, easy and comfortable stay

What a great spot for a small family! The home was clean and well-stocked. We loved having two bathrooms (one for the kids and one for adults). Our boys, 12 & 14, found the bunk room cozy and comfortable. The first day we drove back and forth to the ski resort, but then we decided to try the Eagle shuttle stop, which is literally across the street from the condo. Just walk down a short staircase and cross the road. Call the shuttle number (homeowner will give it to you) and the shuttle is there in 2-3 minutes tops. Coming back home was just as easy and fast! Highly recommend!! So much faster and easier than driving and parking on your own! If I could make two tiny suggestions for improvement, it would be to add a digital clock in the master bedroom and a better window covering (we had to hang a sheet over the blinds to block out light at night). Otherwise, we loved our stay and highly recommend!

Room for Improvement

I felt fortunate to get a quick response from the owner as we had been driving around for almost an hour at night looking for the unit. The property mgr sent the address only; no property name or entry codes. The listing says bedsheets are provided, which implied we needed to bring blankets and pillows; that was inaccurate. The water smelled like sulpher, but we lived, the condo had a slight moldy smell and there was not any a/c. We panicked at first cause a Midwest summer is miserable without a/c, but we quickly learned what we needed to do and no one died. I am not impressed with the property management company, but the property owner was very responsive and nice and that was helpful. The area is absolutely gorgeous, and we loved it there!

First, I would like to apologize for the check-in confusion. Usually VRBO sends out a message. I guess you didn’t receive it or the system did not send it. I messaged as soon as I knew of the mix up. The listing clearly states that there is not AC. Very few condos in Angel Fire have AC due to the cooler temperatures. As far as the water smell, that is out of our control. Some water smells like sulphur periodically in different regions. The bed linens provided definitely means all bedding. Please message host on your next VRBO stay before arriving if you are unsure of anything. Most hosts are more than happy to answer questions ahead of time to prevent misunderstandings.

The property was in a perfect location for wanting to see all of what the surrounding towns had to offer. It was very easy to get to and is in a very quiet area. I will definitely stay again when I come back for vacations.

Nice condo, good location, very well equipped

Very nice condo in a good location in Angel Fire. Most "corporate" condos clean out everything, but this owner leaves much of the stuff you'd have to buy already there. Very helpful. Well equipped with everything you'd need, clean, great mattresses. The bunk room is small as shown in the pics but workable and 2 large bathrooms. Being on the first floor was great and plenty of parking. We proved the location is difficult to access after a large snow as Angel Fire doesn't seem to plow anything. We'd certainly rent it again.

Thank you, Gary for the nice review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The snow is great for skiing, but they are unfortunately sometimes slow to plow after a big snow. We have definitely experienced that situation ourselves. We would love to host you again. Summer is an amazing time to visit too, and there is so much to experience in the area.
