Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide a positive experience for every guest and regret that this stay did not meet expectations. To clarify, our listing clearly states that the unit includes one parking space, but as a courtesy, we provided two spaces at no extra charge as a one-time exception due to a slower weekend. We do not advertise boat or jet ski slip access, but at the guest’s request, we coordinated with the HOA to temporarily allow dock use for his jet ski. This was the first instance of such a request, and while initially permitted, the HOA later informed us that trailers (would have been 3rd parking space) cannot be parked in visitor spaces per their policy. We immediately found and arranged alternative trailer parking next door for a small fee, so the guest could continue to enjoy his stay. We also provided early check-in and late checkout free of charge and maintained constant communication to assist throughout the reservation. For privacy and legal reasons, we are not able to release personal contact information for HOA board members.
