This home is centrally located only 10-15 minutes over from the beautiful Franconia Notch area, Bretton Woods, The Cog Railway, Mount Washington, Crawford Notch and 20 minutes to Lincoln so you can enjoy Whales Tale, Clark's Trading Post, Santa's Village, a scenic drive on the Kancamangus, the Flume Gorge, hiking Franconia Ridge, and all the other plentiful natural wonders and ski resorts of the White Mountains.

Location doesn't get any better, located 1.75 hrs North of Manchester NH & 2.5 hrs from Boston in the heart of the White Mountains. It’s a 7 minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort & 13 minutes to Cannon Mountain. It’s a 10 minute drive to the quaint town of Bethlehem and 25 minutes to the town of Littleton with all amenities, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreens, TJ Max, diners and cafes. 40 minutes to Santa's Village, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Rd. 15 minutes to the Flume Gorge, 22 minutes to Whale's Tale Waterpark, and 10 minutes to the world famous Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Snowboard, ski, fly-fish, swim, hike, hunt, mountain bike, snowmobile, or just enjoy the sites of this great New England Region.

Enjoy your getaway tucked away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Walk down to the river to relax in nature and cool down. Nice mountain views when driving or walking on the street. Close to many local attractions and central location to everything the white mountains has to offer.

The Little River out back and down the bank is a constant source of beauty. When the weather is warm open up the windows and slider doors to the deck of the upper bedroom and the master bedroom to enjoy the cool breeze and listen to the Little River while you fall asleep.

This home is intended for our guests to enjoy the peace and nature surrounding it, while respecting the neighborhood at the same time. Therefore we have zero tolerance for guests who intend to party, be loud, or otherwise disturb the peace. Any guests violating this rule may be asked to leave the property and no refund will be given.

Please note, there is another separate 2 bed 2 bath in-law unit on the other side of the house that may or may not be occupied during your stay. For larger groups you may want to consider renting out the entire home and having full access to both units.
