Lake Home with Frontage on Green Lake

Custom built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home on Green Lake. Enjoy the open concept with beautiful lake views. Adorable town is near by with plenty to do.

We are on the Green Lake waterway, but currently are not equipped with boat access. We will be removing/replacing the pier shown in the pictures.

While we expect good fishing and beautiful views, our frontage is weedy and doesn’t make for good swimming. There is a beach in town just a short drive from the house and if you have a boat Norwegian Bay is a popular place to anchor and swim or hangout in shallow water.

We had such a great time at this Green Lake property. It was so fun to retire to the house after a day of boating. It was comfortable to watch TV and so fun to play games in the basement. Our whole family LOVED IT! Jamin was an excellent host.

Golf trip

Our party of three had a great experience at this property. Plenty of room, good layout and great location. Everything was well-stocked, clean and the owner communicated well. ( The basement was great - spent way more time with the video games, darts, and ping pong than planned!) Only downsides are little things others have mentioned - maybe a little better upkeep outside, especially the screened in porch. Shower pressure isn’t quite as good when both are running at the same time but didn’t really find that to be an issue.

The home and location were very nice. No direct lake access on this property. Dock in disrepair, bank overgrown. Trash cans were full and overflowing.

No room for boats

The house itself was as advertised- was spacious and what we wanted. But we were told there was space for 2 boats at the dock. The dock was not as long as the dock pictured and we were unable to dock our 2 boats here. We had to spend extra money to rent boat slips at a marina for our stay instead. Do not book this house if you plan to have boats in the water.

Great place for a family vacation.

House is spacious and kitchen had plenty of seating. Backyard was great and we made use of the fire pit most evenings. It’s on the lake but not the main lake but still was nice for some fishing. Upstairs shower was a little wonky if the dishwasher was running but it was manageable. Great trip for our family.

Beautiful property

We rented this house for a small company Christmas party. We were set to arrive during a blizzard and the owner was kind enough to let us get in early so that we didn't have to drive during the worst of the storm. Everything in the house was clean and we'll kept. The owner was absolutely great to work with and we can not recommend him or this property enough. We would definitely return in the future.

Loved it!

The house is amazing! Everything you would need is provided. The online listing is very accurate, only minutes away from downtown. Loved the game room in the basement. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean and owner was very responsive. Couple things I wish we would have known
 first floor shower is very small. Took some time to figure out light switches and temp controls. Kitchen could use some restocking, daughter received burn from hot mitt. Finally dock is very muddy was hard to get our small boat in and out.

Affordable and nice

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The property was clean and there was no ‘smell’ it wasn’t overpowered either by plug ins so that was nice. Beds/sheets were clean My ONLY complaint is even though there are two bathrooms, only one person can use the shower at a time. If any water is running anywhere else in the house your shower water will either turn off completely, turn scalding hot or freezing cold. So that wasn’t fun while I was trying to give my two year old a shower after a swim in the lake. Aside from that, the kids had a blast in the basement. We had a fun time doing a bonfire. Watching the sunrise was fun, the windows could definitely use a cleaning. Location, it’s very convenient and next to the town of green lake but you can’t swim off the pier, you have to go to a public beach.

Good place to stay for Airventure

Decent place to stay for Airventure with quite a bit of room to sleep several people. The basement was awesome because it had a lot of games to keep kids occupied and had some workout equipment too. That was a very nice surprise. There were extra phone chargers around too as well as brochures for things to do locally. There were only a few down sides. One, the upstairs got quite a bit warmer than the downstairs (might be fixable by adjusting the dampers in the ductwork?). Second, the home could have been a little cleaner, especially the windows. Finally, I think the door code doesn't change between guests. What I mean is the home manual looked used (not a criticism; no need to print one for each guest) but also had the door code printed on it. It was the same door code we used to get in. Given the age of the printed manual and the two codes matching, I'm guessing the code doesn't change for each rental. All in all, this was a very nice home and served our purposes well. Any criticism I have could easily be fixed.

Excellent!!

Property is exactly as described, super clean, well stocked with all the basics, plenty of outdoor space for games, quiet neighborhood for kids to bike or walk around. Drive way allows for multiple vehicles and/or boat trailers. Jamin was wonderful with communication...before, during and after!! This is an annual trip we take with another family and this has been far the best communication with a host we have ever had! We left an important item behind and Jamin has been nothing but amazing with trying to get that back to us! He is an amazing host and the property will not disappoint!!

Great VRBO

We really enjoyed this VRBO. It was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Game room was fun especially on a rainy day. Jamin was quick to reply to correspondence and provided answers to our inquiries. Great place to stay.

Great Place

Great place, great location, great view, great house. Owner/manager was quick to respond to any questions, and friendly. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. We spent plenty of time on the patio and downstairs playing the games available. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
