When you feel like venturing out a bit, you will have an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, fishing, hiking, shuffleboard, bridge, billiards, hiking trails, swimming at the shared pool or lake, and dog park right at your fingertips! The layout of this getaway could not be better, as large families or groups of friends will love the split-level configuration boasts a living area and bedrooms on each floor to give everyone their own space to relax and reminisce after full days of adventure. When you want to grab a bit of fresh air with a morning cup of coffee or host a summer cookout using the gas grill, the covered deck will be just the place, as it boasts a large table and flatscreen TV. For more formal recipes, the full kitchen is more than ready to assist in meal prep with stainless steel appliances, plenty of utensils, a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, and beautiful countertops. Don't worry about entertaining the kiddos either, as free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home and the downstairs living area is home to a foosball table to indulge in a bit of friendly competition!

THINGS TO KNOW
The Overlook Dog Park is for paid members only. You can’t step over the fence to utilize this dog park. There is a smaller, free dog park behind the cluster mailboxes at the back entrance (from Newland) to Land Harbor on Laurel Hills Road if you’d like to find a great place for you and your dog.
