Once you walk out onto the expansive deck, you can't help but say "Wow!" when you first see the views from Pressure Drop Villa. With a rare central location, the villa is perched high above Coral Bay on Ajax Peak. You can drive to the North Shore beaches in just 5-10 minutes. Pressure Drop Villa is a traditional West Indies style villa, with two separate pods. A large deck with a beautiful pool is in-between, connecting the two pods. The deck is a great outdoor living area, lounge or dine in the comfortable outdoor furniture. The breezes and sunshade make the deck a great space to relax and enjoy the unreal views. Nature watch hummingbirds during the day and stargaze what seems like thousands of stars in the sky - we benefit from very little light pollution in Coral Bay at night. Did I mention the sunrises and sometimes unreal reverse sunsets? Pressure Drop showcases the beauty of St. John to you in so many different ways over the course of your vacation.

Updated living areas with comfortable furniture: The main living pod has a kitchen, living and dining area and a half bath, with all new furniture in 2024, including a sectional couch with a queen pullout mattress. Across the pool is another pod with two bedrooms connected by a full bath, great for families.

Pressure Drop has AC in all the bedrooms, but you will love sitting on the main deck in the evenings, enjoying the cooling tradewinds along with the beautiful view. The villa is great for a couple or families, offering both privacy and common areas to relax and unwind together. There is never a typical day with so many options to choose from, but Pressure Drop allows you to get to the North Shore beaches early to ensure a parking space. You can work your way down the beaches during the day and perhaps end up for happy hour in Cruz Bay. Take the 20 minute drive back from Cruz Bay to Pressure Drop, relax in the pool for a bit, and the full kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy a meal at the villa, or if you want to dine out, the restaurants in Coral Bay are just 5 minutes away.

Pressure Drop is an eco-friendly villa. Our four-step UV filtration system creates drinkable water from collected rainwater. You'll never got caught with the power out as our solar panels and Tesla Powerwall will immediately provide back up. Starlink provides strong wifi. You are certainly welcome to use the AC in the bedrooms, but you will enjoy cool breezes at night.
