“ALL ABOUT TEXAS” is a beautiful custom home, built in 2018, in the Heartstone gated community. Sleeping 28 in beds, this 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath will be perfect for the multi-family Frio River vacation. The open floor plan is spacious for large gatherings and the outdoor covered porch and outdoor kitchen areas are an extension for your enjoyment and entertaining. The pool has a built in hot tub that will be available 365 days a year. The perfect home for your Frio family vacation!

Not only is there a private, safety-fenced pool and hot tub outside, there is the perfect fire pit, BBQ pit, and horseshoes available for your use while at “All About Texas”. Private Frio River access will be available at “ALL ABOUT TEXAS” a short distance from the property. Guests have plenty of parking and use of one side of the garage.

Also, please review the What To Bring list on our website for items you will need to provide. We do not provide Linens and Towels but can rent them out for a fee.

Likes: Property managers were superb! Beautiful place and location. Heated hot tub and swimming pool. Outdoor gathering area and fire pit were so cozy and made watching the stars at night a cosmic experience. House is laid out for a family. Our family had a wonderful time!!! Dislikes: Not much. A little pricey.

Costly but clean

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First morning we had no water, YAY!! The water pressure was so low you had to wait awhile for it to build up to even make a pot of coffee. Ceiling was losing a piece of wood in the kitchen. You have to take everything under the kitchen sink basically so don't forget the basics or you will spend everyday at the store. It's pretty but definitely not a private house, no privacy fence and loud nights as kids with go carts cruise all night. If your looking for a quiet, private trip keep looking. The house is beautiful though! VERY PRETTY!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrated my wife's 51st birthday with family and a few of our close friends and there was room for everyone! We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and hot tub. Not to mention the river access for the renters in the subdivision which is just a short 5 minute drive. We rented a golf cart and that made it very easy to get our things down to the river. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Outdoor entertaining area was really nice and we especially enjoyed the private river access in the subdivision, we rented a golf cart to shuttle people down and it was great.

Reviewer Comments: everything was good with the exception of a home owner by river told us to stay off his property. which would be fine if we knew where we could and couldn't go with the buggy to drop of our things. we were set up in the river and not on his side of the river. his house is the closest house to the park by Arthur crossing. just need things marked better for all renters.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was nice. Our only complaint is that we had no access to the switches that operated the hot tub and pool lights. The box had a lock on it. The pool lights were on a timer and would not turn on till after 9pm. The remote near hot tub was useless and did not work.

The heated pool and spa were a big hit. If there was an issue it was the close proximity of the neighboring homes. This area appears to have home owners living there, not strictly for renters.
