LUXURY WATERFRONT CONDO LOCATED IN THE HEART OF TREASURE ISLAND

I have pictures from the condo looking at the beach and beach looking at the condo. The public beach parking is across the street. This condo has great access compared to other condo's in the area.

I have used the same maid company for several years. There is a keypad entry code for the door and a separate lockbox code we’re the key is kept. The key will unlock the deadbolt and also the door handle/ keypad in the event of battery failure as a backup and not for guest use. The maid has in their access instructions “Do not lock the deadbolt “, which in this situation the maid didn’t follow an locked the deadbolt creating the initial check- in problem. While talking to the renter on initial call I figured out the deadbolt was locked and gave him the code to the lockbox an he was able to get in. Instead of calling me regarding the cleaning issues, he left a msg on VRBO. I gave them an early check-in an could have had the maid go back out there if he would have called. After reading the msg on VRBO that evening I contacted the owner of the maid service and sent this response below. I have scheduled the maid to come by tomorrow 12-1. I will be flying tomorrow and will need to be notified if this time doesn’t work for you. No, we have plans and are not available. Please do not mot schedule maid for condo cleaning during our 2 week stay. We have cleaned some things. We ate OK. I never heard anything further during their two weeks stay and I replaced the maid service. Since the wifi code has to be entered exactly, I figured it is best to read it off the equipment directly. I have added the Wi-Fi code to the move-in instructions.
