Our Spring Break vacation at this unit was perfect! The owners were easy to communicate with, the entire home and pool was clean, and the location was perfect. We definitely plan to return.

The farm animals while swimming in the pool was the highlight of my kids stay. The layout of the house was perfect. This was my first rental house experience and it was hands down amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Carl and Leona were fantastic hosts from beginning to end. Check-in was contactless, convenient, and communicated well in advance, so we knew exactly what to expect before arriving.The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with televisions in every room. Having two bedrooms with private bathrooms was especially convenient for our group. Each bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with toilet paper and travel-sized toiletries, which was a nice touch.The game room was a hit with the kids, who loved playing pool. We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool area was clean and inviting, and paying for pool heat was absolutely worth it! There was nothing better than relaxing in the warm pool after a long day at the Disney parks. We also loved having dinner outside on the lanai.One of our favorite surprises was the peaceful farm setting behind the property. We enjoyed hearing the roosters crow and the cows moo, and occasionally the cows wandered right up near the property. It was such a charming and relaxing atmosphere, especially compared with the noise of traffic or neighboring homes.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Carl and Leona were responsive, kind, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful to work with. The property management team was equally attentive and even checked in on us after we arrived! A great experience from all!

Great place to stay

Property was clean, well furnished, and in a great location. We did not have any issues. Host checked on us shortly after we arrived and answered questions quickly. We had a quiet peaceful vacation and hope to stay here again when in the area.

Everything went smoothly from booking to departure. Owners readily available to answer any questions. Good location for a relaxing holiday whilst having easy access to parks, restaurants etc.

Property is clean spacious and within 20 mins of Disney.

We had the time of our lives at this villa,we are a family of 5 with 3 children age 3-10 years,they absolutely loved the house and cried when we were leaving,they couldnt get enough of the pool and loved having cable in their own rooms,I highly recommend this property and will be booking again when we return to florida.

Disney trip Christmas ‘23

Perfect vacation home, we were at the parks every day, it was more than enough for our family of 4. My only complaint is many of the electrical outlets did not work and the towels were very worn and should be replaced. We Would stay here again!

Edc Orlando trip

It was great the house was clean and very nice. The shower pressure was great, the spa was amazing. The cows are nice outside as well and the beds are cozy. It wasn’t too far from Orlando but far enough for it to be quiet. Great price and the home owners are great and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Book this property now. Owners were responsive and very accommodating. The house exceeds expectations. The pictures don’t do it just. Truly the perfect spot. I will absolutely be booking this property again in the near future.

Great home in a great location!

For the first time ever, I found the property even nicer than the photos showed! This home was quite large and we enjoyed being able to spread out. However, when we wanted to enjoy a meal together, there was a large dining table; and the living room hosts a large comfy sectional. We stayed here to enjoy the Disney parks, and each one was around 20 minutes or less away. We’ll be very happy to rebook this property in the near future!

We enjoyed our stay! It was so great going straight out of the living room into the heated pool and hot tub each morning and evening. The listing was exactly as described. Any messages to the owner were handled promptly. The beds were comfortable. The living room was cozy and great for our family of 4. The game room was a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and the SunRail train. .

Great home very clean and pretty everything at work and condition. Beautiful farm behind it. No smells from the animals. Everything is just absolutely wonderful. Great rental

Beautiful rental house. Very quiet and plenty of space. Close to local attractions but far enough away to have some downtime. Recreation area in the garage was really neat. It was very hot while we were there but the hot tub seemed cool. Since the ice machine wasn’t working a few ice cube trays would be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We would return!!

Excellent property, great location

Booked at short notice, paid for pool heating. Pool was warm when we arrived (as requested) and everything was as it should be. Comfortable beds, great lounge, good kitchen, specious villa, very quiet all the time, especially peaceful at night. Overlooks a farm, never any noise. Convenient location - 10/15 mins from supermarkets, shops, Longhorn steakhouse (must visit), Championsgate (restaurant Zen, must visit), Olive garden etc. 25 mins to Kissimmee, 35 mins to Disney Springs - all taking account of traffic queues. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas 2024 was a blast

We had a wonderful week. Traveled as a family with mature (18) children. Everyone had their own space, plenty of room and all the comforts they needed. Home is well supplied and suited our needs. There is lots nearby for shopping, eating and entertainment. You do need a vehicle to get to those places but it's worth the drive. With a farm in the backyard, we enjoyed the privacy it gave us in the pool area. Plus it was fun to watch the animals as they grazed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Second year was even better!

OMG! This year was even better, we did not want to leave that house, the location is perfect, so close to kissimmee and at the same time, so quiet like out in the country...The house and the property are very clean and well-maintained, Carl was easy to contact and responded to us asap. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We already book for next year and we can not wait! Perry and Christine
