Perfect location between IMG and Premier Sports if you are coming for a tourney. Convenient to shops and restaurants and grocery. Beautiful grounds and house very clean and well appointed. Great communication with host. Would book again!

Hidden gem near Sarasota! Quiet, spacious, clean & TONS of ammenities

Words cannot give this property justice! It's basically a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in a tropical oasis. It was so peaceful relaxing on the screened in porch swing, wandering on the private grounds & watching the river go by. The place has everything you will need to make you comfortable and the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. There were snacks upon our arrival, a personal sign greeting us, and even fresh flowers! We loved having a washer & dryer and full kitchen as well as TONS OF SPACE. We only had 3 in our party, but we would love to come back with our 2 boys as the space can easily accommodate families. One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had! Thank you Kate & family!

Peaceful Visit

My husband and I wanted a place that would provide some calm in a busy time of our lives. This place was impeccably clean with so many extras. Kate was very accommodating, especially when our dates initially was scheduled during Hurricane Ian and then revised to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nicole. We are thankful all went well. Pictures do not do it justice. Property feels like a slice of Hawaii in Florida. Previous reviews I read said you feel like you ve been transported to a hidden tropical island, they were on point. Home was beautiful, immaculately clean, and the home host has a gift of hospitality. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. Perfect place to relax and unwind but still just minutes from any and everything you may need or want to do. Loved loved loved!

It was a beautiful to see the birds, small boats and just relaxation. another world within city.. Perfect little hideaway, to exercise, relax, and still close enough to beach (if wanted). Hopefully back again soon

Paradise in Bradenton

The residence is beautiful, comfortable and spotless! Kate and Bill are very welcoming and available. The property is an absolute tropical paradise and the location is perfect: close to parks, beach, mall and great restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

It was a mini paradise. Quiet and private. Felt like we were on our own island with the worlds amenities just 5 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again. The host was amazing! You can tell alot of thought went into making this place special for visitors.

Fantastic place to relax...

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on returning. As soon as you pull onto the property you are instantly in a tropical paradise. Winding pathways filled with mature bamboo, bromeliads galore and numerous other tropical plantings. It is just gorgeous! The house, it seems, is planned to take in all the outdoor beauty because every room has a different beautiful view of the grounds. The home is furnished beautifully, the bed's are comfortable and the place was spotless and super clean. The owner's have really thought of everything to make our stay a memorable one including a personalized welcome basket filled with yummy snacks. We are looking forward to a return visit. I highly recommend this property!

This property is just fabulous. The inside is open and very comfortable. The ground are gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out. The river is so pretty alone the property. We loved staying here.

Awesome stay!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable beds !! Plenty of space. We had 5 in our party and did not feel over crowded. Kate was awesome at communicating and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The view from the house was so relaxing and the river is right out side the Lanai. Definitely worth booking 👌
