A quick walk to the beach! 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath unit. There's a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. If you choose to dine at the condo, there is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar. This unit directly overlooks the pool. Relax in the queen size bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom provides plenty of extra room for more guests with a queen size bed. There are also hall bunks and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Towels and sheets are provided.

The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at SHORE THING! Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. There's an exercise room overlooking the Gulf.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance, you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Maravilla is one of only a few "pet friendly" properties in Galveston. And your furry family members are welcome. $100.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee 1st Pet, $50.00 Non-Refundable Fee for 2nd Pet.... 2 Dogs Limit to join you. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
