Beautiful 5 bed 4.5 bath townhome with 3 master suites perfect for large groups! All 3 masters have king sized beds, private full bathrooms, HD Smart TVs. The top floor 4th bedroom also has a kind sized bed making each room comfortable and private. The home has a beautiful modern design layout that comfortably sleeps 16 with 8 beds and 2 living rooms. Amenities include pool, hot tub, 2 pickleball courts, one basketball court, WiFi, children's sand pit and miniature climbing wall and more!
This vacation home is ideal for large groups that need multiple different living spaces that provide privacy and comfort for large families, multiple couples, or big get togethers. The 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom luxury townhome is conveniently located in the heart of St. George, in the Green Valley area adjacent to the Bear Claw Poppy Trail System. With plush upgrades and trendy decoration, itâs a perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family.
The main floor has a comfortable and convenient open concept floor plan perfect for gatherings. Modern kitchen is generously stocked for cooking and entertaining. A Keurig coffee maker with hot cocoa, cider and a variety of coffee is provided. Numerous pots/pans and skillets, utensils, spices, waffle maker, electric griddle and condiments make staying in and enjoying a meal easy. Kitchen table seats 6 with an adjacent 4-person bar. A highchair is also provided.
Living room has a 65â smart TV, sectional couch seating and a recliner. Ground floor has a walkout patio with chairs and a BBQ grill.
The second level features 3 master suites, all with king sized luxury premium mattresses. Each master has a private and spacious bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tile shower. The upgraded master features a double vanity and private balcony overlooking the pool.
The third floor has 2 additional bedrooms including one with a King bed and the other is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds. The third-floor loft also offers a second living room area with a large Smart TV. This floor also has a large walk out balcony with breathtaking views of the Pine Valley Mountains to the north and Snow canyon.
Other amenities include separate inverter heating and cooling units for each area/room, stackable washer and dryer, enclosed garage and a small rock climbing area for kids. Owner offers pickleball set of paddles and balls, and a basketball for use during your stay.

The Vue at Green Valley is within close proximity to many National and State Parks, golf courses and Downtown St. George! The townhome is conveniently located off Dixie Drive, which offers quick and easy access to I-15 allowing you to conveniently navigate all the city has to offer.
The home is also located a few hundred yards from hiking and mountain bike trailheads, such as the Zen Trail and the popular Bear Claw Poppy Trail. Street parking is available with ample space for ATV and Side by Side trailers.
The home is also in close proximity to the BE MORE Complex which features The RinQ skating rink, Nets on Fire basketball facility, Melted Massage, and The Ninja Grip gym, which all offer endless options for family fun
This vacation rental is found in the Vue at Green Springs community. Each unit has a 1 car garage along with driveway parking for 2 vehicles. In addition, the community has guests parking throughout. Mainly around the pool area. For larger vehicles, trailers, boats, ect. there is street parking allowed about 1 block away from the home on Gap Canyon Road.
HOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULES
Below are a few rules and guidelines we ask all our guests to follow in
order to maintain a comfortable environment for you and for others in
the community.
Cleanliness
As a courtesy, please remove your shoes while in the home and keep food and drink items in the kitchen and off the carpeted areas. Also, please be respectful to the furniture and the provided house items by only using them for their intended purpose.
Pool and Hot Tub
Pool closes at 10 pm each night. There is no lifeguard or supervision at the pool. Children need parental supervision to use the facility. Food and drink are prohibited within the pool area.
Shoes and Drink
Please respect the house by removing shoes while in the house. Food and drink are also prohibited in the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Parking
Parking on the street is prohibited. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or in the designated visitor parking areas.
Smoking
All smoking is prohibited inside and around the home.
Pets
Pets of any/all kind are NOT allowed on the property. This includes the garage. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
Noise
We want all our guests to enjoy their stay. However, we ask that our guests be courteous to the neighbors by keeping the noise at a reasonable level. Especially during hours after 10:00 PM.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. the day of your scheduled departure
House Items- Please ensure that all other house amenities such as coolers, toys, games, etc. are returned to their proper place. Make sure BBQ grill/ fire pit propane tank is turned off. Make sure to log out of your online streaming service such as Netflix, Hulu Prime, etc.
Security- Please turn off the thermostat (unless instructed otherwise) and make sure that all windows and doors are shut and locked. However, please do not lock the interior garage door. Close all blinds, turn off all lights, and ensure that all faucets are turned off.
Laundry- Before your departure, please start a load of pool towels. Please leave all other used towels, sheets, and pillow cases on the floor at the foot of each bed. Please keep blankets and bed spread are in a separate pile and DO NOT remove mattress covers from mattress!
Kitchen- Make sure all items are returned to their proper space. Ensure stove is turned off. Load all used dishes and kitchen items into the dishwasher and start the load.
Garbage- Please remove all trash from the house and place into the trash bin. Garbage day is every Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. If garbage day falls during your stay please make sure the garbage bin is taken to the road on Tuesday night.
Guest Belongings- Please make sure to that you have all your personal belongings. Check in all closets, under beds, and in all bedroom drawers. Ensure that personal towels, pillows, etc. are separated from those provided by the house. Returning lost or forgotten items can be a lengthy process that often requires you to pay postage fees.
