Summary: Welcome to Pebble Beach's Sunset Villa. Centrally located near the world famous 17-Mile Drive with easy access to the scenic California HighWay One, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pacific Grove and everything the Monterey Bay and Peninsula have to offer.
Featuring whitewater views of Point Lobos and Carmel Bay, the current owners went over this Pebble Beach ocean view home with a fine-toothed comb and transformed it into an immaculate modern masterpiece.
Inside you will find new oak hardwood floors, new electrical with all LED lighting, a new chef's kitchen that now opens to a cozy family room, three en-suite bedrooms, each with new spa inspired bathrooms and a reimagined living room with a beutiful gas fireplace and floating T.V. wall.
Outside you will find things just as immaculate as the inside! There is fresh paint, new landscaping and over 1400 square feet of outdoor decking and patio space which allows you to take advantage of the warmer microclimate this location offers.

This home is amazing! Spacious, bright, beautifully furnished and appointed. Kitchen is literally equipped for anything, with everything perfectly organized. Distant water views. We could not have been happier!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fabulous—so convenient to all the golf courses we played and easy to get around. The home was very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful, with beautiful views and a great setup. All the amenities were excellent and everything met our expectations. We were all very happy and would definitely stay here again!
