Our home is located in a vibrant and diverse community in "The Grid" area of King's Beach. It's a short walking distance to beaches, stores, shops, and restaurants. This 1 bedroom 1 bath home (duplex) has all the modern comforts in a space appropriately sized for one to three people (3 occupants max) making it is the perfect spot for a couple or a small family. Hiking & mountain biking trails are a short distance away. Onsite parking is provided as well as a private back yard.
The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Used linens are to be placed in basket where your clean towels were originally located.
Used dishes and cutlery, along with sponge are to be placed in the dishwasher. Please start the cleaning cycle.
Food and beverages that were brought by guest should be removed from fridge.
All rubbish is to be removed from backyard and house. Please toss in the bear bin next to the parking lot and front gate.
Make sure the back door is locked, and front door is completely shut.
Guests not listed on the reservation are not permitted on the property.
Only pre-approved pets are allowed on the property, service animals count.

Perfect size for 2 guests. I thought the bed was larger before booking, be careful if you or your partner is over 6 foot. The bed was comfy regardless!
This place is great for couples. Clean, easy to access, good parking, cozy, so close to the beach and restaurants. I very much recommend choosing this listing, you will not regret it.

We had a great time here. The interior is fully renovated with high end appliances, quality bedding and towels. The outdoor space is "in process", and when that is complete this will be the perfect get-away. The location was easy to walk to all that the area has to offer.
This is a perfect spot for access to Kings Beach and Stateline Casinos. Quick walk to the beach, small grocery store right there so I ended up cooking in the condo each night. Everything I needed was there and it was super quiet. Super responsive managers made it a perfect escape.
We had such a great time during our stay. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. We were grateful we didnât have to worry about parking and enjoyed the walks to the lake and restaurants. Our dog loved the backyard. We felt like we were at home.
Cute, cozy and clean! It was perfect for me and my dog for 2 nights. Close to everything, but mostly Kings Beach!
We had great walks and even experienced a little bit of rain, which was wonderful! The hosts were very easy to communicate with!
The place was a cute little spot with a perfect location. My one gripe would be the owners seemed over cautious and a little helicopter-ish which made it a little uncomfortable. For example, a price list of every little item was provided and we were instructed to clean up the place to the point Paying 100 for cleaning didnât make sense.
This cute was very clean and conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach. Pet friendly! Small private fenced backyard was great for our pup. Extra poop bags, dog bowls, and pet bed also provided if you forgot to bring your own. This is a part of a duplex that shares a wall with the neighboring unit (was never an issue for us). No AC but several fan towers were provided which were enough to keep us comfortable in the summer.
This rental was exactly what we were hoping to find. It felt tucked away, but was really only a short walk to the cute little town of Kingâs Beach which offers coffee, lots of yummy eateries, and the beach of course! The space was clean and very comfortable, perfect for two. Thanks for the great stay!
The unit is clean and located right by Kings Beach. We loved that it had everything we needed. The owners did a great job providing the necessary items in the unit. Super thoughtful. We would stay here again!

We both love travelling and seeing new places and understand the importance of having a comfortable space to stay while away from home. Over the years, we've been pulling bits and pieces of the things we've enjoyed from our own experiences while staying at Airbnbâs around the world and we've tried to integrate those things and experiences into our home in Tahoe. What makes this property amazing is the location and being a short walk to all that King's Beach has to offer as well as the close proximity to the lake. A short drive away is world class winter sports, hiking and mountain biking.
This is the perfect spot for a couple, small family or people traveling with pets (with restrictions). We have tried to make our little place as relaxing and comfortable as possible with everything you would need for your Tahoe vacation. We have priced our place to be in line with local hotels and accommodations but having the conveniences of being at home.
Please be advised that there is a 10-day Maximum stay. This ensures we keep our place maintained and cleaned for our guests. If guests wish to stay between 7-10 days, there will need to an additional mid-stay cleaning to turnover linens, towels and consumables. Please reach out for further questions.
We have guests purchase the $59 damage waiver insurance through VRBO instead of requesting the $1000 refundable deposit. If a guest would rather pay the deposit, please contact us prior to booking. Thanks
We allow parking for two vehicles (during summer / fall seasons) which is hard to come by this close to the lake. We have a fully fenced back yard with a small table and chairs to eat and relax as well as space for your pets to run around.
Our place is part of a duplex unit and has it's own private back yard.
